Directions: Read the RESEARCH ABSTRACT given and answer the questions that follow. Choose your answer from the items inside the text box. (10 points) Abstract The study sought to explore patients' motivations and expectations for dental implants. In this study a single-setting, qualitative research through an exploratory design was utilized through semi-structured, telephone interviews were conducted with nine patients who had consulted a restorative dental practitioner with an interest in implantology about the possibility of replacing their missing teeth with dental implants. Interview transcripts were subjected to thematic analysis to identify relevant themes. The study revealed that the main theme to emerge was 'normality' and that participants expected implants to restore their oral-related quality of life to 'normal'. It was concluded that patients' belief that dental implants are just like natural teeth could be cause for concern if it leads them to treat them as such, and thereby not follow the recommended specialist care they require. The findings emphasize the importance of good dental practitioner-patient communication in assessing expectations of treatment and outcomes.

He presented that the teacher’s role should be that of facilitator and guide since the teacher becomes a partner in the learning process who leads students to independently discover meaning within the subject area. 19. He quoted that “the child goes to school to make things: to cook, to sew, to work the wood, and to make tools through acts of simple construction; and in this context, and like consequence of those acts it articulates the studies: reading, writing, and calculus. 1

20. He coined the word “Scaffolding” as a process in the Zone of Proximal Development which requires that an instructor shows by examples how to solve a problem while controlling the learning environment so that students can take things step by step expanding their base of knowledge to the fullest potential. III. Write TRUE if the statement is correct and if FALSE write the correct answer of the underlined word. (10 points)

21. Several, many, and some are words that make your research topic highly technical. 22. Hard to investigate topics are difficult because they have the available and up-to-date reading materials to support them. 23. Physical appearance, health condition, mental capacity, needed facility and time allotment are the personal resources in conducting a research. 24. The effects of an interesting research topic are motivation, enthusiasm, and energy. 25. A course requirement limits you in choosing a research topic. 26.
