1. School Bukol One morning inn the summer of 2008, Dino, a fresh grade school graduate, runs away from home, fed up with his parents' battering about his mediocre performance in grade school and lack of any award during graduation. Dino finds himself in the UP Diliman Sunken gardens by late morning, laying down on the grass, sobbing his worries away. As Dino continues to get lost in his sorry, he doesn't notice the young student beside him approaching. Mira, a young student of UP Diliman sees Dino crying and approaches to console the sobbing boy. Dino and Mira talk until late afternoon and by the end of their lengthy conversation Mira has to go back to class and Dino goes home. On the way home, Dino cannot help but think about the kindness shown to him by such an attractive and intelligent girl. Dino spends the entire summer thinking about this and as high school starts, he is given a new direction, a new drive and this is to be with Mira in college. With this in mind, Dino works hard in high school and with a lot of hard work and determination, he passes an exclusive course in UP Diliman. Dino returns to the spot in the Sunken Gardens where he first met Mira four years ago before heading to his first class, Math. Excited to search every nook and cranny of Diliman for Mira is all on Dino's as he leisurely walks to his first class in math, unaware that he is running late. Dino runs up the building's steps to find out that his math is the attractive, kind and intelligent girl who talked him out of running away from home, and unknowingly drove him to be accepted in the country's best university. Dino meets his very first professor in UP, Mira the girl from the Sunken Gardens. 2. The Bestfriends There are many ways and tactics to win over a girl. Some, tend to be more unconventional than others. Two college students, Randy and Norbert, “frenemies” at heart, always competing in academics are faced with a head on competition which take test the limits of their abilities. A girl who both of them are attracted to steps into the picture. Daniella. A perky college girl wedges the gap for competition between the two. Courting Daniella proves a challenge where in textbooks cannot dictate and define the right moves for Randy and Norbert, so they get creative. Separately, they conclude to put into effect the “Bestfriend” approach. Randy's scheme is to present himself as “taken” and in a relationship as not to pose as a threat to Daniella and harmless yet sweet as his leads up to a break-up with this supposed girlfriend. Norbert on the other hand approaches as THE harmless male as he changes his name to “Norberta.” His plan is to play the best gay friend and seemingly change after getting closer to Daniella and confess his affection for her. The twist in events and the strangeness that the two put into action turn into a series of misadventures of both embarrassing and hilarious mix ups progresses. Little do they know that as the end of the sem arrives, Daniella's childhood friend comes back from abroad and confesses to Daniella. A week later, Daniella introduces her new boyfriend to her two bestfriends in college. Randy and Norbert, messed up with their schemes eventually realize that through their schemes to court Daniella, have actually found their true callings.

3. Oble Statue by day, superhero at night. Who keeps UP safe. Well, that cannot be anyone other than Oble! The Oblation Statue actually is the resting position for one of Metro Manila's top crime fighters by night but by day has to flee back to the protection of the statue against daylight. Oble chases down villains across the metro and is both feared and revered by the local community. Life goes on during the day and Oble keeps everyone safe when the sun sets. A dastardly crime lord, Kamagong, sees Oble return to the statue by daylight and concludes that Oble cannot protect the city from crime during the day. Terror falls on Metro Manila during the day as Kamagong's crime circle overpower the police, helpless without Oble. Oble has to adjust and overcome his weakness of frying when his skin is exposed to the sun.
