Kelly Riedinger FDAR-Burn Victim Data- Subjective cues “ I got burned.” Objective cues: cues: Irritability and absence of  viable tissue. V/s T- 36.4 R- 24 P- 110 Action- Vital signs monitored and recorded. Encourage family interaction with each other. Provide hope within parameters of patient’s situation. Be realistic and positive during treatments, in health teaching, and in setting goals within limitations. Response- After 8hours of nursing care the patient was able to incorporate changes into self-concept without negating self-esteem. Demonstration of proper skin hygiene and compliance with treatment and medication is met.
