Mitigated public concerns by troubleshooting and assessing issues to resolve building repairs and maintenance. Planned and administered an operating budget as well as capital improvements budget while allocating resources efficiently on an annually projected basis. Successfully increased productivity and minimized downtime through development and implementation of new workflow processes as well as maintenance operations. Conceptualized and implemented several policies and programs adopted into operations, including City of San Carlos Registered as a Tree City USA (2009) and City of San Carlos Urban Tree Canopy Program (2008). Administered a $3 million annual operating budget as well as $7 million annual capital improvements budget. Improved a planned preventative maintenance program, infrastructure repairs and service contract deliverability by controlling a comprehensive maintenance operation portfolio.
