Summary  We take action to switch the FACH User Number from 30 to 60 on 11th Jan .  There is a significant increase on FACH User Number ;  For PS and HS Drop call rate decreased, CS drop call rate maintained .  For Cell Update Success Rate improved .  For VS.FACH.DTCH.CONG.TIME increased .
