Enclosure (1) Bill (Article 7011 1570 0000 9353 2347) with Creditor Acceptance dtd April 6, 2012 Enclosure (2) Negotiable Instrument #0073, Payable to US Auto Sales, Inc For $16,117.00 RE: DISCHARGING OF THE OBLIGATION ARTICLE NUMBER 7011 1570 0000 9353 2300 ARTICLE ONE: I, Executor for the Estate of John Alex Doe, and Settlor of this Bailment (hereinafter “Trust”), by special deposit intrust the enclosed Bill of Exchange for the sum of Sixteen Thousand One Hundred Seventeen Dollars and five cents ($16,117.05) in care of Tom J. Asbury, who by this indenture is appointed Fiduciary of this Trust, with the duty to discharge all obligations in the attached Article 7011 1570 0000 9353 2347 (hereinafter “Account”) and release the property known as 2003 Toyota Camry, VIN 4T1BA32K95U205997, for the delivery to the Beneficiary John L. Hammonds. ARTICLE TWO: The Settlor grants the Fiduciary the following authorities: 1. The Authority to use the funds $16,117.05 for the setoff, settlement, and closure of the Account. 2. The Authority to release funds or assets held in escrow, and to use said funds or assets as necessary, exclusively for discharge all debts and obligations, for the Account. 3. The Authority to negotiate, endorse and/or ledger the instruments herein, for the purpose of executing the settlement and closure of the Account. ARTICLE THREE: The Guarantees in accord by the Constitution of this State, all applicable laws, and Treaties, is a surety to this agreement and the following assets are pledged as security by the surety: professional licenses, oaths of office, hazard bonds, insurance, wages, earnings, rents, accounts, property, assets, and income from every source. ARTICLE FOUR: The refusal or dishonor of the duties, obligations, and appointments, must be accompanied by a sworn affidavit, signed under penalty of perjury, and delivered to 123455 Andersonville Georgia [31123], within ten (10) days from the receipt of this Trust, stating that the Fiduciary does

ARTICLE FIVE: Any action committed in bad faith or with reckless indifference to the interests of the beneficiary is a Breach of Trust; And he who commits such breach shall be, personally chargeable with any damages resulting from such breach of trust, including but not limited to: liability on any amount that would reasonably have accrued to the trust or beneficiary if there had been no breach of trust, with interest; And, Any loss or depreciation in value of the trust property as a result of such breach of trust. ARTICLE SIX: This Trust supersedes all other agreements, whether written or oral, between the Beneficiary and the Financial Institution relating to the Account. The Principal hereby revokes and rescinds any and all prior grants, conveyances, notes, trusts, agreements and/or contracts by and/or between the Financial Institution and the Beneficiary. ARTICLE SEVEN: Private International Law shall govern and enforce this Agreement. Should applicable laws deem any part or portion of this Agreement as invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall not be affected, and shall be enforced to as great an extent as possible.
