1. If you could start your career over again, what would you do differently? RT: If I could go back and do it again I would put a lot more effort into my first internship with a local real estate agency and seek my license as soon as possible. Remember the lesson, children: show up enthusiastically and work hard at first. There is no downside to this - and you do not know what opportunities will come out of it. 2. During your performance reviews, what criticism do you hear the most? RT: Not knowing how to respond well to the question they are asking me
3. Tell me about your last position? RT: My last position was good, since I was working as an occupational health assistant and they paid me very well. 4. What is your work philosophy? RT: My work philosophy is about attitudes, they are important at the same time as they predispose to the final success, however the changes that are experienced from the beginning practically always move towards a very positive attitude. When you improve your image and your internal state you not only feel better about yourself but also with others. 5. How have you changed professionally speaking in the last two years? RT: I have changed in being more perfectionist in everything I do, in putting everything of myself so that things always go out in the best way possible. 6. Tell me about the best manager you have ever had. RT: My manager was very excellent, he was flexible in everything. As long as one shows results according to the work one was doing. 7. What were the most memorable accomplishments in your last position? RT: I was always considered very judicious, responsible and dedicated to my things. The achievements that I obtained were recognitions according to the punctuality, the good performance that I exercised when I was in the company. 8. Why do you want to leave your current job? RT: Because they offered me a good job offer and paid me more than I earned earlier 9. In your previous position, how much time did you spend learning how to do things better? RT: Every day that passed one learned many things, and especially to do them in the best way possible, that is like the daily bread. 10. If you’re very happy with your current job, why do you want to leave?
