Variety is a good incentive not to fall into monotony. Relationships allow me to make friends with people who share my same interestsand concerns. The competence It inspires me to constantly improve to avoid that the competition surpasses me. Working hard and seeing the results in your lifestyle is also a good motivation. The recognition of the people is a reward that makes me think that all the effort put into my activities was not in vain. Money has never been my motivation even if I have had financial difficulties. with money we can aspire to live a better life but I do not feel satisfiedbeing rich. It seems absurd and insulting to accumulate material wealth.
