INTRODUCCTION

It is important to have clarity of each and every one of the variations within the training project, only in this way can we focus on what exactly we want to achieve. The ability to understand and little by little we attach to our life a foreign language that gives us the ability to grow not only in negotiations with suppliers, but in the commercial invasion that can be achieved internationally.

OBJETIVES

ACTIVIDAD DE APRENDIZAJE 17 EVIDENCIA 6: PRODUCT TRACEABILITY TRACEABILITY

A. What type of traceability are you going to use according to your project? Trazabilidad hacia delante o tracking Our project will focus on the community, Colombian families that will be the main beneficiaries, generating culture in a global and transitory way for the generations, contributing in this way in the care of the goods and their own life.

B. What alternative way (manual  –  automatic)  automatic) are you going to implement regarding your project? In Extintores Prohogar, an automated alternative for effective production management will be implemented.

Automated traceability - (with barcode) This is based on the maintenance of records in an information system about the lots that the company will produce. It will involve having a robust information system that supports the generation and capture of information with a bar code and the storage of traceability information.

In addition to the format filling time and the typing in the system will be reduced by a capture  process. The speed of response will be increased, since you can have information online (for example, the use of radio frequency). We will reduce the risk of typing errors, but we will keep the risk of errors at the time of capture of the barcode. However, medium capital investments are required in the assembly of the system, the labeling of  products and other elements of the system, but there will be nothing that Fire Extinguishers can not do.

C. Which benefits will the implemented traceability would bring to your project?

CONCLUSIONS It is clear that traceability is not only a process from beginning to end that extends from the raw materials until the product reaches the final consumer, but also all those transformations that undergo the processes within each interface through its distribution taking into account the data management that is carried out during all its processes.
