1) MEP Mechanical Engineer : Job Profile Key Responsibilities Conversant with design of mechanical building service for commercial buildings Familiar with ASHRAE, CIBSE standards, National Building Code, local requirement s of energy efficiency and conservation, green building standards Worked with MEP Consultant / Contractor for a minimum period of 5 years Experience on commercial building projects Job Description Estimate HVAC load, selection of equipment, space planning, selection of air inl ets / outlets, duct and pipe sizing, hourly load calculations Prepare Riser Diagram for piping, ducting, equipment schedules, mechanical plant room layout Project connected electrical loads for mechanical plant equipment, demarcation o f scope between HVAC and other disciplines of architectural, electrical, structu ral, civil, plumbing, fire protection and Building Automation / Management Syste m; define sequence of operation and integration requirement, develop cause/effec t matrix Familiar with SMACNA, ARI, NFPA standards for ducting, equipment and HVAC system s respectively To produce standard details for construction and installation Usage of product data for plant room layouts Provide sketches / details to CAD technicians Co-ordination with other disciplines for service and maintenance space, access, interfacing To produce schematic, design development and construction documentation (tender package) for HVAC works. Job Profile Key Responsibilities Conversant with design of electrical building service for commercial buildings Familiar with BS 7671, CIBSE, National Building Code, local requirements of elec trical service provider Worked with MEP Consultant / Contractor for a minimum period of 5 years Experience on commercial building projects Job Description Estimate connected load, maximum demand, selection of transformers, HV & LV swit chgear, selection of circuit breakers, cable sizing, illumination calculating, l ighting selection, DG selection, lighting and power layout, earthing and lightni ng protection, metering provisions Lighting an Prepare Single Line Diagram, schedules for Distribution Panel Boards d Power Electrical Service to mechanical plant, Motor Control Center Space planning for electrical plant rooms, route finalization for horizontal and vertical distribution To produce standard details for construction and installation Usage of product data for plant room layouts Provide sketches / details to CAD technicians Co-ordination with other disciplines for space planning, electrical load estimat e, interfacing

Experie nce on commercial building projects Job Description Estimate water requirement, storage, selection of pumping systems, domestic wate r distribution and pipe sizing Prepare Riser Diagram for piping, equipment schedules, plumbing plant room layou t Project electrical loads for plumbing plant equipment, demarcation of scope betw een plumbing and other disciplines of architectural, electrical, structural, civ il and Building Automation / Management System; define sequence of operation for plumbing plant Familiar with drainage systems; single stack; double stack; vent system design; performance specifications and space planning for water treatment plant, sewage treatment plant To produce standard details for construction and installation Usage of product data for plant room layouts Provide sketches / details to CAD technicians Co-ordination with other disciplines for service and maintenance space, access, interfacing To produce schematic, design development and construction documentation (tender package) for Pluming & Fire Protection works. , problem solving and organizational skills. • Should have Excellent technical knowledge within authority area Disciplines is m andatory and in addition, shall also have good working knowledge of other discip lines in the Company. • Must have thorough knowledge of industry / international standards with the abil ity to interpret for specific application within the sphere of relevant discipli ne. • Must have Communication and negotiating skills as well as an ability to work in a team environment must be well developed and proven. • Must have the confidence and aptitude to discuss technical issues with the world’s leading consultants. • Experience in tendering of contracts, evaluation, report writing, planning, budg eting and cost control is essential. • Fully conversant with Conceptual Studies, FEED & Detailed Engineering activities . • Adequate knowledge of design of Electrical Generation & Distribution Systems, si zing of electrical equipment’s and knowledge of electrical layouts. • Fully conversant with preparation of electrical specifications and data sheets. • Must have involved in Testing & Inspection, Construction & Commissioning and tro uble-shooting & maintenance activities. • Knowledge of International Codes & Standards, hands on experience of electrical engineering software and computer literate. • He should assist Operations to plan/ prepare new project proposals in line with the Field development plans.
