Biosound/Esaote MyLab January 19, 2014 08:09 I have a Biosound MyLab 25 and it does not keep the current date. I have to manually put it in every time I turn it on. I know there is a small battery that supports this function (like a watch battery). Can someone please tell me the location of this battery and if you know the battery item number. Thanks.
Hommy Figueroa re: Biosound/Esaote MyLab January 20, 2014 06:18 Hi Misall The MyLab25 and 30 have the battery in the CPU board. The battery is a CR 2025. I s necessary to remove the connectors board and gain access to the other boards. When you replaced the battery you will need a USB keyboard to setup Bios. When the system boot up try pressing F2 or F4 i'm not sure but one of the key show the Bios screen. Before to replace the battery try to enter in Bios. Good luck.

When this is happening and the unit does not get unstuck, it means the processor board HD is failing or the complete PCB.Do you have the origunal software? You could try to change the HD and reinstal the software. This will also require the service key

I can get you the 11.21 level...it should worki will check it but in order to install it you need a service key given by esaote. If you dont have it you will not be able to unlock the option in the menu that allow the upgrade
