. Sexual energy is the essence of vitality - and what you can do with it may be yet beyond your wildest imagination. People who have an abundance of sexual energy have not only greater sexual appeal, but also a greater appetite for life, greater confidence. They find it easier to get what they desire in life because they become naturally magnetic and people like to be around them. Around some intensely sexually magnetic people you can almost feel electric sparks and you'd just love to share those fireworks. Some people channel their sexual energy into sexual pursuits, some into  business pursuits and some like to use it for healing, rejuvenation and for spiritual pursuits. You can use the techniques you learn in this program to improve in some way every area of your life, whether you'd like the opposite sex to fly to you like bees fly to honey and embark upon sensual adventures, or upon successful business adventures or even spiritual adventures

Foreword What is self-hypnosis?

Many people have experienced a trance-like state many times in everyday life although they may not have called it hypnosis. For example, if you've ever drifted off into a daydream, become totally engrossed in a book or project, or  become absorbed in your thoughts while driving and missed a turning. The main 2

difference between these sorts of trance and self-hypnosis are specific motivation and suggestions towards a goal. Self-hypnosis is deliberate and with a purpose. Hypnosis can be described as a state of mind in which suggestions are acted upon much more powerfully than is possible under normal conditions. By achieving a state of heightened focus and awareness, and suppressing the critical faculty, suggestions can be passed directly to the unconcious mind. The above remains true for self-hypnosis, but being done for yourself rather than via a third party (hypnotherapist). Many believe that all hypnosis is self hypnosis as the subject or client always remains in control. The hypnotherapist is there only to guide the client into hypnosis, and in doing so teaches them a  powerful tool they can use for themselves. Using Guided Imagery and Positive Visualisation in Self-Hypnosis

Imagery can mean visualisation - using your imagination to form pictures in your mind. However, it can also include all the senses of sight, sound, taste smell and feel. Whilst most people are predominantly visual in their use of imagery, the most powerful and effective guided visualisation will incorporate elements from all the senses. In self-hypnosis a mental image is often worth many pages of verbal suggestions. You can use your own memories and experiences to construct your own highly personal imagery to reinforce your suggestions for change. The following exercises can be used to practice and develop your imagery skills; 

Examine an object for a few moments, then close your eyes and try tr y and visualise it. Visualise a person you know (maybe yourself). Imagine their distinguishing features. Visualise your home. Move around it from room to room and imagine what it looks, sounds, feels and smells like.

There are two principal ways of using imagery to work towards a goal; Process Imagery   is the visualisation of the process or actions of achieving the goal you desire. For example, a golfer might imagine executing a perfect shot as he approaches the ball.

3

Result Imagery   creates mental pictures of the goal or result as if it has already occurred. If you are giving a talk to colleagues, you might imagine yourself confidently delivering the speech, hear the applause and imagine the positive outcome of your successful presentation. 1

A 1967 study by stress researcher Edmund Jacobson  found that visualising an activity produces small but measurable reactions in the muscles involved in the imagined activity. Repeated mental rehearsal implants the learned memory of a successful action, and also conditions the unconscious mind with the outcome you expect to achieve. Suppose, for example, your goal is to lose weight. You could use result imagery to imagine yourself as the size and weight you want to be. Mentally picture yourself in the mirror looking trim and as thin as you wish, fitting neatly into the dress or suit size you want to achieve. Imagine the feeling of being your ideal weight. You may also use process imagery to imagine yourself eating smaller, healthier portions of food. You might picture yourself feeling full whilst leaving food still on your plate. These images will reinforce the positive processes you will go through to achieve your desired result. Visualisation and imagination are closely related to the unconscious mind. In fact, imagery has been described as the language of the unconscious. The key to successful use of imagery is to be as creative and imaginative as you can. Use your own memories and experiences and fill your images with colours, sounds, aromas, textures and tastes to be as real and as absorbing as they can be. Keep your visualisations positive and personally appealing to be a powerful tool in self hypnosis.

Chicago  –  January  January 7, 1983, Chicago) was an American Edmund Jacobson (April 22, 1888, Chicago –   physician in internal medicine and psychiatry and a physiologist. He was the founder of the Progressive Muscle Relaxation and of Biofeedback. He was the son of Morris Jacobson, a realtor in Chicago, born in Strasbourg, and his wife Fannie, born in Iowa. After a B.S. degree from Northwestern University in 1908, Jacobson received M.A. and Ph.D. degrees from Harvard University and then returned to Chicago as an assistant in physiology. Here he obtained his M.D. degree in 1915. He began his physiological investigations at Harvard University in 1908. In 1921, he introduced the application of psychological principles to medical practice which was later called psychosomatic medicine. Employing low microvoltage apparatus, Jacobson also made the first accurate electrical measurement of muscular tonus, nerve impulses and mental activities in neuromuscular sites in living men.

Erotic Self-hypnosis

Erotic self-hypnosis will not work the same for everyone. Some methods will not work at all on some people. Others will work surprisingly well. Using selfhypnosis for sex drive improvements is not altogether new. However, its  benefits do appear to be relatively unknown to the general public. You may have heard that many people recommend using hypnosis for sex and desire, just as it is recommended for confidence building, improving efficiency,  performing at job interviews, treating bad habits and even health issues such as a low libido. What is hypnosis for sex drive?

Self hypnosis (also known as hypnotherapy) works by safely relaxing you to a deep level where you remain receptive to suggestions. Once you are open to suggestions, self hypnosis then prepares your mind for a sexual situation and improves your confidence and performance. Your confidence and performance will be enhanced for increasing your sex drive, improving sexual desire and so on. Your mind can rehearse sexual activity thanks to hypnosis and feel confident while doing so. When it comes to the act of sex, you'll feel more confident and as if you know  just what to do best. The libido depends on the power of your mind as well as your body. In fact, your mind has a great deal of influence over the body's behaviour. Male libido

For men, your brain is also your sex organ. You may think it's all about your  penis and testicles, but your brain is far more important. If you're a man, your erections, ejaculation and ability to become aroused are all entirely dependent on your brain. Any many who's experienced low libido or sexual anxiety, even some time ago, can harbour doubts in his mind which restrict sexual performance. Self-hypnosis can help to rid you of such doubts and cause your self-confidence to blossom.

5

Premature ejaculation is not always due to physical problems. Sometimes, a past trauma, a lack of sexual confidence or sexual anxiety can be causing you to ejaculate too fast and even leading to erectile dysfunction. Most premature ejaculation tips are for the body and not the mind, but the mind can also be responsible. Your body is not always to blame for ejaculation or erection problems. Reaching a high state of relaxation and rendering your mind susceptible to  positive suggestions that enhance sexual performance by relaxing you and giving you confidence can help you improve your sexual performance. Many men report having successful results and improving libido by using hypnosis to delay ejaculation. If your ejaculation problem is related to your mind, and even if it isn't, then hypnosis can be helpful to relax you and give you improved sexual confidence. Female libido

For ladies, your ability to relax, feel open to sexual desire and to enjoy yourself during sex is all dependent on how your brain behaves. Women can have low libido as a result of stress, lack of confidence and poor self-image. This is where working on the deep levels of the mind using hypnosis  provides a solution. For couples

For couples who need more energy in their sex life, self-hypnosis for sex drive can be very helpful. There are hypnosis programs for both male and females which inject more sexual energy, remove inhibitions and boost confidence for optimal sexual desire. Self-hypnosis is completely safe. Does erotic self-hypnosis work immediately?

Only for a very few suggestible people! Otherwise, the effects can be subtle and can sneak up on you. Be patient, you will succeed.

6

If you are new to hypnosis then don't listen to yourself whether it worked or not and just expect it to work. Build yourself up to it by listening to plain induction several times to get used to trance. Then try others. Can I really transform my body (breast/penis growth etc.)?

There has been a lot of argument about this and some physical changes might not be possible, but the human mind is capable of incredible things so who am I to say. The worst thing that will happen is nothing. What can I do to make the methods work better?

Follow the instructions when you are the least likely to be distracted. Choose a time when your already feeling relaxed and listen then. Some people have good success first thing in the morning or right before bed. Another thing that may help is to repeat what's being said as you listen so that you focus only on the method. What is it like when you go into a trance?

The vast majority of people will experience trance differently depending on what induction was used, how you feel, etc. To be more specific: you can feel light and floaty or heavy and weighed down; hot, cold, or warm; your muscles could tense or relax all the way; or you might have visual/audial/kinesthetic hallucinations. And, your experience of trance may be different each time you trance. What is a "curse" experiment or method?

A "curse" experiment is a method that has suggestions implanted to make it resistant to removal by others or the Deprogram-All method. Curses are intended to be more permanent and harder to remove than training procedures.

Erotic Hypnosis Definitions Adult Baby Hypnosis

This branch of erotic hypnosis involves the desire of some adults to be reverted  back to a more infantile state. Standard age regression techniques are uses but the subject is left in the regressed state upon awakening or after a trigger phrase is spoken. 7

Adult Hypnosis

This is simply another term for Erotic Hypnosis. It is any form of hypnosis that is intended for adult participants and is usually sexual in nature. Amnesia

This is the tendency to forget what was said/done while under hypnosis. Amnesia varies depending on how deep the subject goes and a variety of  personal factors. There are three stages of Amnesia (found at the Somnambulism Depth) First Stage

The individual will exhibit between 20% to 40% spontaneous amnesia. Second Stage

The individual will exhibit approximately 60% spontaneous amnesia. Third Stage

The individual will respond to all types of suggestions. This person will exhibit 80% or more spontaneous amnesia, remembering almost nothing that occurred while in hypnosis. Behaviour Modification

This form of hypnosis can be used in both traditional and erotic hypnosis. In traditional hypnosis it describes any hypnosis used to change a negative or unwanted behaviour (ie. Smoking). In erotic hypnosis behaviour modification is used in a wide spectrum of scenarios including mind control, slavery, feminization and diaper training. Brainwave States Beta

The brainwave activity state of the normal wake state. Higher than Alpha and Theta.

8

Alpha

Slow brainwave activity state of hypnosis (resting but awake). Also known as hypnoidal. Alpha is slower (deeper) than Beta, the awake state, and faster than Theta, a deep hypnotic state. Theta

A deep hypnotic state just above Delta, this is the level that most hypnosis occurs. Delta

Slowest brainwave activity pattern of sleep, and the deepest, somnambulistic state of hypnosis. Also see Alpha, Beta and Theta. Conscious Mind

The twelve percent of our mind of which we are most aware. The part responsible for logic, reasoning, decision-making, and will power. Critical Mind

An area of mind that is part conscious and part subconscious. Any time a suggestion is given to a subject that is detrimental to his/her well-being or in total opposition to his/her way of thinking, it will trigger the critical mind and be rejected. Defence Mechanisms

All defence mechanisms stem from the basic instinct of survival. They operate on an unconscious level and they serve to deny or distort reality, thoughts, and action. Some Defence Mechanisms are: Repression, Denial, Rationalization, Projection, Displacement, Turning against self, Reaction Formation, Overcompensation, Intellectualization, Withdrawal, Regression, Sublimation, and Disassociation. Diaper Self-hypnosis

While categorized as part of Erotic Hypnosis or Hypno-fetish, diaper hypnosis is frequently not of a sexual nature. Used by adult babies and diaper fetishists, Diaper Hypnosis is generally used to cause temporary or permanent 9

incontinence in the adult baby and only occasionally includes sexual connotations. Environmental Hypnosis

A state of hyper-suggestibility, triggered when an individual is in the presence of an overabundance of messages coming from their environment. This causes the person to try to escape the intense input, resulting in a kind of "waking hypnosis." Erotic Hypnosis

Any hypnosis that is used for purely adult or erotic intentions. Generally this refers to hypnosis used to enhance sexual experiences, this also applies to hypnosis used in any of a wide variety of fringe sexual behaviours including enslavement, mind control, objectification, bimbofication, diaper, furry, and feminization. Feminization Hypnosis

Generally referring to any erotic hypnosis that is used to cause a man to believe he is a woman either temporarily or permanently. This varies from simple triggers that make the subject believes he has breasts to attempts at complete sexual reassignment via the use of hypnosis. Hyper-suggestibility

A state of waking hypnosis and exaggerated suggestibility to influencing factors in the environment, especially to negatives. This is a state heavily relied upon by cults, and anyone in marketing. Hypno Sex

Any erotic hypnosis event in which the subject is either brought to orgasm or relives a real or imagined sexual event. Hypno Sex happens entirely inside of the subjects mind even though the subjects body frequently moves and moans as if they are actually experiencing sex. Hypno-fetish

While generally believed to refer to any fetish that is acted on through hypnosis, hypno-fetish is actually the act of having hypnosis as the primary fetish, people 10

with a hypno-fetish will find hypnosis itself arousing and will frequently  become addicted to sexual exploits that directly involve erotic hypnosis. Hypnosis

An altered state of consciousness that results in an increased receptiveness and response to suggestion. While associated with relaxation, hypnosis is actually an escape from an overload of message units, resulting in relaxation. Hypnosis can  be triggered naturally from environmental stimuli as well as purposefully by a hypnotist. Hypno-therapist

A therapist who utilizes hypnosis as a primary tool for assisting clients to achieve their goals. A Hypnotherapist often differs from others therapists by focusing on the role of subconscious behaviours and influences on the client's life. Induction

An induction is the act of bringing a subject into a state of hypnosis using any of a variety of techniques that allow the hypnotist to communicate with the subject’s subconscious mind directly.

Types of Inductions/Deepeners Arm Raising / Primary Induction

The Arm Raising Induction, also known as the Primary Induction is generally only used during the first hypnotic session to create the association of hypnotic depth and establish the expectation current and future success. Once an acceptable stat of trance is used the hypnotist makes suggestions that cause the subject’s arm, from the fingertips to the elbow, to lift either into the air or until it reaches the face. Once there the hypnotist makes suggestions that the limb cannot be moved to cement in the subjects mind that the trance is working. This is usually followed with deepeners and suggestions to facilitate future trance work. Arm Rigidity Deepener

The hypnotist holds the client's outstretched arm from beneath the elbow. They then instruct the subject to draw all the tensions of their body into their arm, 11

from the count of five to zero. At zero the arm will be as tight as a steel bar. The client is told the tensions will release and they'll go deeper when the lowers their arms by touching their wrist. Eye Fascination Induction

The subject is told to open eyes and look at the tip of a pen (or other object) held above their eye level. Then they are instructed to follow the pen only with their eyes. As the their eyes track downward, their lids will close. When they close, the hypnotist touches he subject’s forehead and says "Deep Sleep." Heavy Light Deepener

The subject’s arms are both outstretched, right hand palm up and the left hand at a right angle with thumb up. They are told a weight is placed in their right hand  pressing down and a powerful helium balloon is tied to their left. They are then told that when right hand touches their leg they'll go deeper. This can be used as a deepening technique or a suggestibility test. Progressive Relaxation Induction/Deepener

A deepening technique and secondary induction. The aim of this technique is to relax the various areas of the client's body starting from the feet if they are in the reclined position, or from the head down is they are sitting. Once the relaxation is complete toe to head, a five to zero count is given, at which time the hypnotist can take them deeper, use a trance trigger or start to work from there. Reactional Deepener

Repeatedly awakening the subject and re-hypnotizing them with a post hypnotic suggestion. Shock Induction

A very rapid conversion into hypnosis. Shock inductions are primarily used only in emergencies or possibly to "jar" a client when in therapy. They have also  become popular in stage or street hypnosis.

12

Staircase Deepener

The subject visualizes they are standing at the top of a staircase of twenty steps. The staircase is well lit and has a sturdy handrail. With each step they imagine taking down the staircase they find themselves going deeper and deeper.

Levels of Hypnosis Hypnoidal

A light stage of hypnosis, usually associated with emotional suggestibility; also used to refer to the state of consciousness which is passed through in the transition from sleep to waking, and vice versa. It is characterized by rapid eye movement (REM), with an up/down motion of the eyes. Cataleptic

A medium depth of hypnosis. Characterized by a side to side movement of the eyes. Somnambulism

The deepest state of hypnosis, where the client responds with amnesia, anesthesia, negative and positive hallucinations, and complete control of the senses. This type of person usually has 50% emotional suggestibility and 50%  physical suggestibility. It is characterized by the eyes rolling up underneath the eyelids. Magic Thirty Minutes

The last half-hour before sleep, when a person's mind is overloaded and is in a natural state of hypnosis. Something taken into the mind at this time goes into the precognitive stage of dreaming, instead of the venting stage. Mind Control Hypnosis

This type of erotic hypnosis is practiced by people wishing to feel as if another  person or entity is controlling their mind or body. While this type of hypnosis is frequently combined with slavery hypnosis the two are distinct as Mind Control Hypnosis may result in a variety of behavioural changes that are not slavery.

13

Neuro Pathways

Every time we think a thought, make a movement, experience something, this is transformed into electro-chemical energy, which is then stored in the brain. The  brain then creates pathways that allow the energy to travel in a similar fashion each time it is triggered. The more it is triggered, the easier it is for the energy to go that route. This is how habits and behaviour, both good and bad, are created. Objectification Hypnosis

This refers to the subset of erotic hypnosis where the subject is transformed into an object including but not limited to robots, dolls, sex toys, and even furniture. Two common forms of Objectification Hypnosis are: Human Doll

The subject finds themselves transformed into a doll, mannequin, or inflatable sex toy with no ability to move of their own volition. Such transformations are usually limited to short periods of time as this form of hypnosis is difficult to maintain. Robot

Participants in this type of hypnosis are frequently trained to act as a robot or android. Movements are frequently still or mechanical and the subject is controlled by the hypnotist or trigerer. Robot scenarios can be incredibly complex and can even involve the subject “pretending” to be human when not in service as a robot. Orgasm Control Hypnosis

This is actually one of the most common forms of erotic hypnosis. Orgasm Control usually involves the hypnotist being able to control the arousal, and orgasms of the subject. Suggestions usually involve increasing arousal without the ability to orgasm until a specific word or phrase is spoken. This type of hypnosis can also be used by orgasm denial and chastity fetishists. Rapport

The hypnotist/subject relationship, in which the subject has faith and confidence in the hypnotist, and the hypnotist has concern for the subject.

14

Resistance

A sign that a person is running into his/her limiting programming and having an affect on it. Slavery Hypnosis

This form of erotic hypnosis is usually used by BDSM fetishists. It describes any scenario where the subject is trained as a slave. Training frequently includes obedience, willingness to suffer pain, orgasm control, and a wide variety of other BDSM topics. Subconscious

The 88 percent of our mind that is below the level of our awareness. The part of our mind responsible for reflexive action and ideomotor responses, it contains all the positive and negative associations we've made throughout our life. Trance Tools

These are verbal and mental tools that a hypnotist may use to help achieve the goal that they are working to achieve with the subject. Affirmations

Positive suggestions given though hypnosis that help the subject achieve a change or goal through repetition. Age Regression

A hypnotized subject is given suggestions that he or she is of a younger age so that the subject can relive certain experiences and/or re-experience events. Anchor

A specific stimulus such as a word, image or touch that helps link the subjects mind to a mental, emotional, or physical state. Association

Also known as Pavlovian conditioning. A process by which a subject comes to respond in a desired manner to a previously neutral stimulus that has been repeatedly presented along with a stimulus that elicits the desired response. The 15

most common example of this are associating the words “deep sleep” with hypnotic trance. Challenge

Essentially an I dare you, in which the hypnotist challenges the client to perform some act which it is impossible for the subject to do at their current level of hypnosis. Examples are the eye challenge and the arm rigidity challenge. Conversion to Hypnosis

A suggestibility test (e.g., finger spreading test) which is extended beyond the  point where the suggestibility is determined and us used as an induction into hypnosis. Delayed Action

The act of presenting a suggestion that will be taken into the subjects subconscious to be acted upon later. Direct Suggestion

Hypnotic suggestions in the form of a direct command or instruction. Dominance

The use of authority or that of being an authority figure to "command" the subject to accept a suggestion. Misdirection

Appearing to be guiding someone into one area with the intention of directing him into another. It can be used effectively as a deepening technique in hypnosis. Post Hypnotic Suggestion

A delayed action or association that the subject will act upon subconsciously at a later time while fully conscious. An example would be the trance trigger "Deep Sleep."

16

Repetition

By repeating suggestions in hypnosis we strengthen the suggestion and make the suggestion stronger and easier to retain. Reverse Psychology

Where a person will respond to the stronger part of a suggestion if the alternative presented is considerably weaker. Transformation Hypnosis

This describes any hypnosis intended to transform the subject temporarily or  permanently. Transformations can include a believe that they are in another  body, or can include actual physical changes to the subject’s body. Induction Techniques

Induction techniques are perhaps the most common among all hypnosis methods. These techniques serve several purposes: 

Inductions can serve as a barometer to determine how easily someone is going into trance, and how deeply they are trancing. Induction s may act as deepeners to make deeper levels of trance easier later on. Induction s are often found as the first in a series of s.

We have the following four induction samples for your use: Induction One

This is the most basic induction to bring the person deep into trance. This is recommended for beginners with no prior experience with hypnosis. Try this method before any others. Induction Two

This is a popular basic induction. Trance is achieved through the use of imagery.

17

Focus Induction

This simple induction puts the person into trance and wakes them up with some suggestions to help the person go deeper next time. Evil One

This is the first in the Evil's Place series. This will take the user into trance and set a trance trigger. Mastery of this technique is necessary to proceed with any of the other Evil's Place sceneries. Sexual Techniques

Sexual techniques are the true x-rated techniques among all of the sample techniques here. These techniques tend to be fairly sexually intense and are textual. We have the following four sexual samples for your use: Female Orgasm

This technique brings the person through a woman's orgasm. Curse Slut Who Can't Say No

This curse makes it turn impossible to turn down a sexual advance. The person would become obsessed with having sex with whoever made the advance. This will make any regret or embarrassment after the fact be an enjoyable experience. Be warned, this is a "curse" technique which means it is designed to be  particularly difficult to remove. Train Give Head

This method will cause the to experience performing oral sex on a well endowed man. The technique is designed to be as realistic as possible and causes a strong desire to perform fellatio in real life. Curse Webcam Slut

This technique makes the user feel compelled to perform whatever he or she is asked on a webcam as well as watch the webcams of others. The compulsion to  put on a show will be irresistible. Be warned, this technique is a "curse" method which means it is designed to be particularly difficult to remove. 18

Behaviour Technique Behaviour modifications are designed to alter your mannerisms, thought process or personality. Behaviour modification is perhaps the most common use of general hypnosis. We have the following four behaviour samples for your use: Curse Cat-girl

This furry-themed implants a trigger to cause the man or woman to imagine his or her self as a cat-girl with all of the associated personality traits. Be warned, this is a "curse" which means it is designed to be particularly difficult to remove. The cat-girl experience is designed to be addictive and long-term use will cause the cat-girl personality traits to become germinant. Train Total Jock

This method is designed to give him or her the personality of a stereotypical "dumb jock". The person will enjoy being treated accordingly. More cerebral interests will be dropped in favour of more physical ones. Train Total Jock Two

A second part to Train Total Jock designed to take the personality change further. Interests will become almost exclusively sports, sex and drinking. "Macho" behaviour will be increased and intelligence will be diminished. Curse Tattooed

This technique will cause the person to get many tattoos as well as add a desire to improve physical fitness. This is designed to maximize the "muscular and tattooed" look.

19

Slavery Techniques

Slavery techniques are designed to cause intense levels of submission. These techniques often give others complete control over the . We have the following four slavery samples for your use: The Slave

This technique will make you a complete slave when someone says the trigger  phrase. You will not remember your time as a slave with this . Train Pain One

This technique makes the slave enjoy painful erotic accessories such as clothespins on their nipples and genitals. Train Cock Slave

This technique will cause the slave to perform oral sex on any man that presents his to them. The will be totally unable to control his or her actions until the man they are servicing ejaculates. If a group of men present their penises to the slave, the slave will have to (orally) bring each man in the group to orgasm twice  before regaining control. 20

Dominate Me

This very simple technique causes the one to desire being dominated. The will want to be enslaved by a master or mistress permanently.

Feminization Techniques Feminization s are designed to cause the usually male partner to behave like a woman or believe he is a woman in some way. We have the following four feminization samples for your use: Curse Total Feminization

This technique will make the man wear woman's panties but unable to remove them. The slave will not be able to masturbate while the panties are on. Only acts that further feminize the man, such as wearing a bra for several hours, will enable removal of the panties long enough to masturbate to orgasm. Diaper Technique  –  Baby play

Diaper technique are designed to cause a loss of bladder or bowel control either immediately, after a certain trigger or permanently. We have the following four diaper samples for your use: 21

Instant Wetting

Humiliation Techniques

22

Humiliation techniques cause, as the name implies, a variety of humiliating experiences for the bottom. We have the following four humiliation samples for your use: Train Humiliation One

This technique is designed to make the one to desire humiliation and objectification. Preferences for clothing and vocabulary would change to further reflect this change. Train Humiliation Two

This technique would make the user need humiliation, degradation and debasement. Behaviour patterns will change heavily to cater to this need. Degrade Weight Loss

The user will feel shame for allowing themselves to be used but will enjoy it afterwards. If the trigger is not spoken for a week, the experience will activate itself. Be warned, this technique is a "curse" which means it is designed to be particularly difficult to remove.

Transformation Techniques Firstly, a Testimony (Anon)

I just want to start off by saying that I know this is controversial, but it is a concern that I have and others might have the same question. I'd like to read a healthy discussion about this, and would hope it won't be down voted immediately... Since I have been younger, I have struggled with my sexuality. I don't want to  be gay or attracted to other men. It isn't that I hate gay people - I'm very 23

supported of my gay friends. My friends and family would not care if I 'came out'. I really don't want to come off as a bigot or intolerant. However, I do want to have a traditional wife and family with kids. I want to be attracted to the female  body as much or more than I am the male body. In the past, I have only had sex with women but am definitely attracted to men. I understand meditation can help me accept myself as a gay person, but I really feel this is a psychological issue in my case - developed after a rough childhood with few male companions growing up. I have recently been reading about meditation and hypnotism, and was wondering if it would be possible to change my sexual orientation through any of these channels. I have been meditating for the last month, haven't masturbated and feel that it has decreased my libido substantially. On the other side of things, I definitely feel more mindful and happier in my day to day life. If anyone has some insights or advice - feel free to comment. I am very interested in hearing the eastern viewpoint on this issue, and would like to know if my pursuit is guaranteed to fail. The author: Thanks for the great conversation on this topic everyone. I will use this throwaway to update everyone about any changes/progress/outcomes. Most likely, I will try to use meditation to impact my sexuality in some way. Whether that I accept my feelings as they are, or develop a deeper understanding of my sexuality - I will see! Please don't cast me aside as ignorant for doing this - It's something that I see as a personal journey. Transformation techniques

Transformation techniques are intended to cause the person to perceive themselves as being transformed in some way. These tend to be among the most complex hypnosis s and take the longest amount of time to master. We have the following four transformation samples for your use: Human Mannequin

This technique is designed to make the persons believe they have become a  plastic mannequin when the affirmative phrase is spoken. The one will still be 24

able to see and hear but not move in any way until another trigger is spoken to stop the effect. Curse Milky

This technique causes the person to lactate and crave the experience of lactation. Be warned, this is also a "curse" which means it is designed to be particularly difficult to remove once adapted. Curse Penis Shrink

This technique causes the penis to become flaccid and appear to shrink. Be warned, this is a "curse method" which means it is designed to be particularly difficult to remove. Housecat technique

A technique that will make the user believe they have become a small grey housecat. This effect will last for fifteen minutes after having accomplished the method.

Self-hypnosis Instructions Methods of self-hypnosis range from listening to relaxation tapes to simply clearing your mind of thoughts and worries. Here is a step-by-step free guide to self-hypnosis, using one approach you may find helpful. Many hypnotherapists encourage their clients to learn self-hypnosis. Please note that self-hypnosis should never be practiced when driving, operating machinery or carrying out any other activity that requires your full attention. What do you want to achieve?

Always be clear and specific about your goals and write them down before you  begin your hypnosis. Writing down what it is you want to achieve or change c an really help you to straighten things out in your mind and goals can suddenly look more realistic, specific and focused. Keep it short and keep it achievable. Stick to one or two goals only in a single session. Write out a plan

Plan what you want to say from beginning to end. You can write out a detailed script to follow as part of your preparation. 25

Repeat your goals

Write several different suggestions for each goal, expressing the same goal in different ways. This will reinforce the suggestion and ensure that it is accepted into the unconscious mind. Create your own vision for your success

Develop your own imagery and symbols for supporting and visualising your goals. Imagine yourself achieving whatever you wish to. Make it real, like a memory but in the future. Make it personal

Use language and images which reflect your own experience. We all have our own memories and experiences of the world, and speak to ourselves in our own language. Put your suggestions into your own words and use images you are familiar with. Use your voice

Begin the session in your normal voice at a relaxed pace. As the session  progresses, slow down and soften your voice so that as you enter hypnosis, you are speaking softly, and at a slower pace than when you began. Your voice can return to normal at the end of the session as you leave hypnosis. Make yourself comfortable

Find a place that is quiet, comfortable and free from disturbance to practice selfhypnosis. You certainly must not be driving or in any other situation where your immediate attention is required. Soft music and lighting may help but we would not recommend the burning of candles. Relax

Use deep breathing and relaxation techniques to prepare for entering hypnosis. Just focus internally and start to notice whatever you notice. This is not a time for judging, analysing, criticising or worrying. Notice your thoughts and feelings and assume that very soon they will just drift away - they are really not necessary at the moment. Allow your mind to become calmer and clearer.

26

Count yourself down

Use 'deepeners' in your hypnosis script, such as going down a staircase or an elevator, or floating down a stream, to help yourself go deeper into your hypnosis. Count down in your mind as you go deeper into relaxation. At times there will be inner resistance to relaxation especially when you first start to  practice self hypnosis. Just be aware of it and let it go...It will! Create an inner world

Spend some time in your own special place. Create your own magical place in your mind, maybe somewhere you know, maybe just an imagined paradise. This can be a place where you feel safe and relaxed and anything is possible. Use all of your senses - what can you see, hear, feel, smell and taste? Make this experience as vivid as you can, again, you will get much better with practice. Make it easier next time

Towards the end of your trance, include some post-hypnotic suggestions for reentering self-hypnosis next time you practice. Count yourself back

At the end of your session, count yourself back to full awareness. Suggest to yourself that when you leave hypnosis you will feel refreshed and alert. Check that you are once again fully awake and alert and enjoy the rest of the day! You can, if you wish, make your own self-hypnosis tapes from your scripts. This can be a good way to enter hypnosis and make changes you have already  planned, without the need to remember your script as you enter trance.

Summary of these Instructions 1. Relax yourself with progressive relaxation. Give yourself enough time to  become completely relaxed. 2. Focus your attention on a spot in front of you. 3. Give yourself suggestions of fatigue and heaviness in your eyes and of deeper relaxation. 4. Visualise a real or fantasy place of peacefulness or comfort –  a place away from all concerns and distracting thoughts. 5. Focus your attention and your images on sensations in your hands and fingers. Visualise feelings of coolness, numbness, warmth, heaviness, or 27

lightness. When you detect one of these feelings, encourage it to expand with more suggestions.

The Erotic Nature of Self-hypnosis and Trance

28

Before the Internet, it was rare to meet anyone willing to talk about the erotic nature of hypnosis. But with the Internet providing essentially anonymous communities, more and more people have become willing to talk about and explore the erotic nature of hypnosis. The more we talk, share experiences and thoughts, the more we all came to realize that "it's not just me". Trance is a natural part of sexual arousal, and hypnosis is the process of putting someone into a trance. Trance is a mental state where the conscious mind stops analyzing the meanings of words and allows the hypnotist to speak directly to the subconscious mind. In this state of mind, one person is more receptive to another person's words or touch. This state of mind and the concurrent receptiveness also occur naturally with sexual arousal. We stop analyzing words during foreplay, and when sexually aroused, a person  becomes receptive to the desires they sense in their lover. This state of mind is essentially a trance, but instead of receiving their suggestions in words, you receive them in the kisses and caresses that urge you to open yourself to deeper arousal, more intimate contact, and greater sexual pleasure. Once you recognize that sexual arousal is essentially a trance, you also realize that foreplay is just a form of hypnosis; i.e., the process of putting someone into a trance (arousing them) and making them receptive to your desire for sex. So it's natural to explore other ways hypnosis can be enhance our sexual pleasures. Although pop culture mostly portrays hypnosis as a way for a villain to control innocent victims, people have found a staggering variety of ways that hypnosis can enhance sexual pleasures, including reducing inhibitions, increasing arousal, amplifying orgasms, and of course, engaging in erotic power exchanges. Reducing inhibitions and increasing arousal are the most common uses of erotic hypnosis. Both men and women can sometimes think too much or get blocked by thoughts of bad experiences. Such thoughts inhibit a person's ability to enjoy the present sexual activity. Enjoying the full potential of sex requires a person to put aside those thoughts and "feel" the moment. Hypnosis not only helps a person put aside the distracting unwanted thoughts, but also helps them become more aware of their body's responses; enabling them to feel everything more deeply and intimately. This, in turn, opens the door for those deep satisfying orgasms that we all want to experience.

29

One of the most popular ways to employ hypnosis is in erotic power exchange activities, where one person willingly gives another control over their thoughts, actions and/or pleasure. Controlling another person or being controlled is very intimate, and creates a feeling of being connected. The more complete the control, the more intimately the two people feel connected. The controlled  person, called a submissive, enters a state of mind called subspace. Much like a trance, in subspace the submissive stops thinking critically and allows their thoughts and feelings to be controlled by the dominant. So the process of getting someone into subspace can be considered another form of hypnosis; even if the  process is not structured like a formal hypnotic induction. Hypnosis and trance are naturally erotic, and most people engage in some form of erotic hypnosis without realizing it. But the people who do recognize it and take the time to explore the erotic nature of hypnosis discover many wonderful ways to enhance their sexual pleasures. Hypnotic audio stories provide one of the best ways to begin. Audio stories that are told with hypnotic language patterns can induce a trance and enable the to visualize everything that is described. Many s are even able to feel the physical sensations of a kiss or caress as the story describes these things, enabling them to live out their most exotic sensual fantasies.

Briefly Putting Yourself into Trance Briefly achieving a trance state in self-hypnosis

Hypnosis can be described as a state of deep relaxation where the hypnotized subject experiences a heightened level of awareness coupled with a narrowing of their focus of attention. This hypnotic state is called trance  and is a perfectly safe state which can occur naturally during everyday life. In self-hypnosis we aim to deliberately put ourselves into a hypnotic trance. To be in a trance does not mean to be asleep, although it can sometimes look that way, but in fact the opposite is true. Studies of the brain activity of people in trance have revealed an increased level of alertness. Hypnosis is a very personal experience and it should be remembered that each individual will experience trance in his or her own way. First find a quiet place where you won't be disturbed, and begin by getting comfortable and relaxed. Use deep breathing and progressive relaxation techniques to get as deeply relaxed as you can. 30

There is no fixed method for trance induction, in fact there are many hundreds of different techniques which have been used effectively. The following are some common and proven examples of techniques and any combination can be used to enter trance, whichever you find works best for you. Eye Fixation

With your eyes open, focus your attention on any small spot or object in front of you and above your line of sight. Keep focussing on the spot and direct all your attention towards it, clearing your mind of all other thoughts and distractions. Continue breathing deeply and slowly, and begin suggesting to yourself how relaxed you feel, and how tired your eyes are becoming. Allow yourself to keep relaxing more and more and eventually, when your eyes become tired and heavy, you can close them. Utilise Tension

It is possible to enter a trance state even when you find it impossible to relax. If you are finding it impossible to let go of tension or anxiety, psychologist 2 Michael Yapko  in his book 'Trancework' (1990) describes how you can utilize your current stressed, anxious or tense state as a focus for entering trance. You simply allow and accept your present state of mind, whilst beginning to think  back to a time when you were involved in an experience of calmness, comfort, or relaxation and absorption, such that you didn't pay any attention to things going on around you. In doing this you can allow your feelings and responses to move towards those remembered from this past experience. Visualisation

Visualisation is one of the most powerful tools in self-hypnosis. Use visualisation and imagery to create images in your mind that suggest relaxation, for example, lying on a beach or walking in a forest. Allow your imagination to flow naturally and let yourself become absorbed by your mental images as you enter trance

Stairway to relaxation

This is another example of imagery, and one that is often used to deepen the level of relaxation. Imagine yourself at the top of a beautiful staircase, there may  be 10 steps to the bottom. The stairs lead to the most beautiful, wonderful and relaxing place you can imagine, which may be real or fantasised. Imagine descending the staircase, counting down the steps as you descend, and with each step suggesting to yourself an increased feeling of relaxation and a deepening of the hypnotic trance. As you reach the bottom you will be as deeply relaxed as you can be. Physical Responses

Creating a perceived physical response to hypnosis is a way to focus your attention inwards even further. Use suggestions and imagination to create a  physical feeling or sensation in your body. For example, imagine warmth, or numbness, or heaviness, or lightness in your hand. Feeling the physical response occurring will indicate achieving a level of self-hypnosis.

Putting Yourself into Erotic Trance in Detail Most of us can remember one of the first times we rode bicycle as child. It was an unsteady but exciting experience. We soon learned we had some control over a new dimension of our own abilities — increased balance and coordination. Of course, we already had balance and coordination, but this was something special: a delightful application of an enhanced skill. This is what you can expect from your first experience with self-hypnosis and even trance, the subject of this chapter. You already have many of the abilities you may be seeking to improve with the help of this Ebook   — for example, concentration and memory. And you already possess the basis for the changes you seek   —   pain control, stress management, habit control, physical changes, parenting skills, or other goals. Self-hypnosis is a natural skill; like riding a bicycle, it will help get you where you want to go. Getting completely at ease

Begin by relaxing at a place you've selected as already mentioned. You may find yourself with feelings of expectation and anticipation of hypnosis. This is quite natural —   just as with the bicycle. 32

Self-hypnosis is an individual, personal experience; therefore, you need to take an active role in formulating the best technique for yourself. We will  pro-vide a number of suggestions and examples. You may want to choose one or another, or create your own combination of techniques. Read this chapter completely before you begin your practice session. Do the  preparation recommended and later incorporate the implications  as detailed further in the study on personalizing your suggestions. This preparation will give you delightfully surprising and satisfying experiences. Take a few moments to relax with one of the relaxation techniques. Whether you use active or passive progressive methods is entirely up to you. Develop as deep a relaxation for yourself as you can. Eye fixation

We would like to point out here that many of the following explanations can  become a script that you can adapt for your own purposes or even to make an audio tape. Once you're in a relaxed, secure position and have taken several deep, comfortable, satisfying breaths---look in front of you. Find some small object or spot out in front of you and above your line of sight. This spot could be a mark on the wall, the tip of a plant leaf, a part of a picture, or anything that is stationary. Focus all your conscious attention to the spot or object – gaze at it, examine it in detail. Continue slow, deep, satisfying breathing. Keep your attention on the spot and work all your thoughts toward it. The idea is to eliminate any extraneous thoughts and forget all problems, worries, and anxieties as much as possible. Don't worry if a stray thought or two slips into your mind now and then. That is difficult to prevent without practice, but that is precisely what you're doing —   practicing. You'll get better at clearing your mind of distracting thoughts. As other thoughts come into your mind, allow them to pass through you and return to thoughts about "your spot." Continue slow, deep, satisfying breathing. Begin telling yourself how relaxed you feel. Focusing on the spot you've chosen wilt help pre-empt other thoughts. Begin giving yourself suggestions such as: "With each deep, relaxing, satisfying  breath I take, I  feel relaxation spreading down from my shoulders and back, down through my legs and into my toes. The more I relax, the better I feel." Put 33

these suggestions into your own words if you like. The exact wording is not important. If your goal — relaxation — is clear and your suggestions are positive, your meaning will be understood. You may feel your eyes watering and blinking. Give yourself suggestions to encourage your eyes to close: "As my eyes focus on the spot I've chosen,1 may  find that they feel tired.  As my eyes water and blink, it is as if the more they blink the more they are clearing away all worries, concerns, and anxieties. My body is relaxed and at ease, and my eyes and my mind can be just as comfortable, relaxed, and at ease." You may spend as long as 10 or 15 minutes with open eyes during the first few  practice sessions. Or you may find that in only a few minutes your eyes become tired and heavy. You decide when you want to close your eyes. No one need decide that for you. Continue with suggestions such as: "I may notice that as my eyes continue to  focus on the spot I've chosen, I can decide when 1 want to close my eyes. lust as  I make decisions like when to go to sleep in the evening, I can decide when it is most comfortable for me to close my eyes." As best you can, keep a steady flow of mental suggestions of this nature going to yourself. You can say the same things in many ways. Change the words slightly or change the order of the words. Find different ways of conveying the same idea of concentration on the spot, on relaxation, and on your eyes wanting to close. Repetition of the suggestions and the monotony of the focus on one spot will shortly cause your eyes to want to close. If after 10 or 15 minutes they still feel wide open, don't worry, you can just close them gently. Once your eyes are closed, continue giving yourself suggestions that you are relaxed and feeling safe and comfortable. The suggestions you give yourself may be similar to those you used in progressive relaxation. Even though you may feel very relaxed and comfortable, continue giving yourself suggestions to reinforce and generalize the feelings of relaxation throughout your body. You can do the suggesting through your process imagery, result imagery and/or repeating your own words to yourself and focusing on your internal voice.

34

The guide to personalizing your suggestions later on will help you develop suggestions for expanding feelings of heaviness, lightness, coolness, warmth, or numbness throughout your entire body. Be aware of any changes you may notice. Utilising your tension or anxiety for trance

Throughout most of this book, we discuss relaxation and trance as a goal. However, it is not necessary to be relaxed to enter a hypnotic trance. 1f you are experiencing physical tension or anxiety and find it too difficult to let go of that tension to enter a trance, it is possible to utilize your stressed, anxious, or tense state to develop a trance state. In his book "Trancework" (1990), psychologist Michael Yapko describes how to utilize anxiety and tension to develop a trance. You allow and accept the present state of mind, whatever it is--anxious, cautious, or even sceptical essentially not creating any conflict over the present condition through noncritical acceptance. Then begin thinking about a past experience in which you were so comfortably involved in an experience that you didn't pay attention to some things going around you. This technique in self-hypnosis is to draw your alert attention to some past experience of comfort, or calm, or relaxation and absorption. This will allow your physiological responses to move toward matching your remembered feelings. Another strategy is described by Ernest Rossi (1976), who chronicles how Erickson used the anxiety of his patients to develop a hypnotic trance. You can use a similar strategy for your own self-hypnosis. Focus on some visual target or even on your own physical experience of tension or anxiety as a point for tion and distraction. For example, as Rossi (1976) describes in "Hypnotic Realities," Erickson had a highly anxious patient focus on a clock: "You might focus on the sweep hand of a clock. There is movement in the  second hand that  you can follow with your eyes. Allow your attention to become absorbed in this movement. Notice how your own experience of tension is felt in your body as you  focus on the moving  second hand. You can imagine how the  gears in the clock are meshing and turning, imagine how the electrical current might be flowing just as energy is flowing in your own body at the same time. 35

"Wind yourself up into the focusing experience, and if you find yourself distracted by other thoughts, welcome those thoughts as you remain visually focused on the clock. You may notice that your heart is beating rapidly, you may even be able to discover a rhythm in the heart beat that is similar or close to the second hand movement. See if you can find a rhythm and absorb your   self in it." This sort of approach will allow a trance to be formed and then let you lead yourself through a transition toward another focus or goal of your choice. The next step is imagining or visualising your suggestions. Visualisation and Self-hypnosis

One of the best avenues for directing suggestions into your unconscious mind is to visualize them. Allow your imagination and visualizations to become as real to you as you can. Create images for yourself that represent the  suggestions of relaxation. Visualizations and imagination are closely related to your unconscious mind —  imagery very well may be the language of the unconscious. Selfhypnosis focuses your suggestions to your unconscious. This is a perfectly safe, healthy experience similar to the images you may have while daydreaming. In this book we use the term unconscious, but another term for this concept is the subconscious. Allow yourself to flow with your mental pictures or feelings. The more you detach yourself from your conscious, rational, logical thoughts, the more quickly you will enjoy the benefits of self-hypnosis. Some images to explore

The images that follow are simply examples for you to explore with your imagination. Let this experience flow naturally from the relaxed state you have developed. Allow your suggestions to drift from ones of closing your eyes and heaviness to ones of relaxation and to images like those that follow. Do not feel restricted to only those presented here. Create new suggestions and images using your own experiences, memories,  books, or pictures from magazines or television which suggest relaxation to you. You can rehearse these visualizations beforehand.

36

For instance: You may have walked through a busy area of your city recently and noticed a quiet store or shop. Or, perhaps you can recall a particular store in a shopping centre that was quiet and unhurried. You too can have a quiet, unhurried experience each time you practice self-hypnosis. "Imagine a child's rubber band model airplane, and perhaps you can even feel like a child playing. Conjure up the image of a large, knotted rubber band unwinding — use it to symbolize the release of tension in your muscles. "Visualize a fallen leaf floating down a calm river. While you watch the leaf, mentally count backward from 30 to 1. Slowly, with each count, imagine the leaf drifting toward the mouth of the river or towards a quiet cove, a place where you are alone, with no one to bother you. "As the leaf and your counting slowly flow downstream, feel your muscles releasing the stress and pressure that may have built up. Begin to feel yourself developing an undercurrent of relaxation, white in self-hypnosis and long, long after, whenever you take a deep satisfying breath." Associate these mental pictures with your own experiences and make them as vivid and as realistic as you can. Involve as many of your senses as possible. Imagine the sights, the smells of the river, or perhaps of the ocean and the air. Imagine the sounds of water, wind, birds, imagine the feel of the coolness of the water, the warmth of the sun, the wind against your face. Stairway or ladder to relaxation

Below is a sample script of another type of mental image that can take you to self-hypnotic relaxation. We call it the stairway to relaxation. It may be a place you are familiar with or once visited — a vacation spot, a place in the country or in the mountains. You can descend the stairs to a place that is real or that is fantasized. Visualize yourself at the top of a long spiral stairway. Perhaps you are up in the foggy heights of the top of a mountain. There may be 50 steps to the bottom. At the bottom of the stairway is the most relaxing, most comfortable place you can imagine. Suggest to yourself the following picture: "As I take a deep, satisfying breath, I descend the stairway. Out of the fog and clouds of my busy day I move slowly toward a more comfortable, more relaxed place. lust as I can travel now with 37

each step to a new place, a new experience, 1 may find that I am curious about what I will feel as 1 get closer to the bottom of the stairway. "I don't need a train, an airplane, or a car to make this journey. I won't need a ticket, money, or baggage. All I need is my imagination, and I can take the steps necessary to bring me to my new and increasingly familiar experience of deep relaxation." As you give yourself these suggestions, you may want to count down with each step. Or, you may simply visualize each step as you suggest to yourself that you are descending the stairway. It doesn't matter whether you count each step or  just imagine each step. As you visualize yourself stepping down, you can feel your relaxation increasing. Don't try to analyze your suggestions — let them flow. If you say something to yourself that doesn't seem to make sense, ignore it and proceed with another suggestion. If one image is difficult to create in your mind's eye, don't worry--suggest a different one. Keep giving yourself a continual flow of words and images and symbols toward your goal. Creating a physical response

Creating a physical change in your perception of such sensations as warmth, coolness, or numbness in your extremities or elsewhere is a way to focus your attention even further. When you feel such changes while you're practicing. you will know that you have achieved some level of self-hypnosis. When you feel like you are reasonably "wound down" and relaxed from the  previous suggestions, direct your attention to your arm. Right or left arm — it doesn't matter which — visualize it in your mind with your eyes still closed. Imagine your arm feeling cooler and cooler, or warmer, or heavier, or more numb. Give yourself a soothing flow of suggestions to one or more of these effects. If coolness is pleasant, visualize cold, icy water running over your arm and begin to feel a cool numbness in your fingers. If warmth is pleasant, imagine the sun's rays on your arms, comfortable, relaxing. Let these feelings proceed naturally for several moments. Take this opportunity to feel more open and relaxed. 38

Gradually, continuing your concentration and attention on your arm, you'll notice a cool twinge, perhaps a numbness, or warmth. Fortify that feeling with more suggestions encouraging the numbness, coolness, or whatever the feeling might be. Here is an example of how your suggestions might proceed: "As my hand rests gently, comfortably at my side, I may notice a new feeling. At the points where my fingers rest, I may soon feel a tingling. That feeling may be a cool tingling like touching the cold steel of a table. It may be a warm tingling like resting my hand on the warm sand of a beach or desert. "It doesn't matter which of these feelings I experience. My hand may even feel numb. Or perhaps it will feel heavy, as if there were weights on the back of my hand pressing it downward. "Perhaps the feeling may be one of lightness. My hand and arm may feel as if there are helium balloons attached to each finger, my wrist, and my elbow. The  balloons make my hand and arm light. "My hand may Peel numb, as if growing lighter and lighter, and it may want to float up off its resting place. It is a comfortable lightness, a detached feeling. It may be as if my arm is disconnected and wants to float up like the balloons." This is a sample of the many feelings you might experience. Each person is likely to have a slightly different feeling. Whether the first sensation is coolness, warmth, heaviness, lightness. numbness, or some other response is not important. Encourage the feeling, whatever it is, to spread from one finger or part of the hand to the next. Go as far as you can with these sensations. Take your time. You may experience some change right away or perhaps the second or third  practice session. You'll soon be able to develop a numbing sensation from your fingers to your shoulders. Your hand or arm may even feel so light it will lift up and feel suspended on its own. There is nothing mysterious about this new experience. You have entered a self-hypnotic trance and have created a  physical sensation through suggestions to your unconscious mind. This is self-hypnosis. Remember how it feels. However, do not inspect or analyze the experience right now. Go directly to something else. Think about the experience later, perhaps in a few hours. 39

The reason for not analyzing the experience right away is that the experience is in your unconscious mind. If your conscious mind begins to scrutinize the suggestions and the process, then the process of self-hypnosis may be disrupted. Creating and intellectual response

One of the most difficult things to do for people who think a lot is to stop thinking so much. If you seem to have many thoughts on your mind that interfere with entering a self-hypnosis trance, we recommend you focus on the thoughts.  Notice how they come in, seem to linger for a while, then depart. Notice how they overlap or how your thoughts can be focused by you. Try not thinking about your thinking. It is nearly impossible to NOT think about something that has been brought to your attention. So, think about self-hypnosis later, think about your own thoughts even later. And certainly try and count them tomorrow. As you may notice, this strategy is one of creating an inward focus on the thoughts first, then shifting to another inner experience. Specifically, inhale through your nose and on the exhale make the sound, "ohhhhhhh" all the way to nearly the end of your  breath and then end with "mmm" sound. "ohhhhhhhhhhhrnmm." like saying the word home drawn out and without the "h" sound at the beginning. It is an ancient meditative sound that is said to be the answer to the Zen koan, "What is the sound of one hand clapping?" While most sounds are created  by the contact of two objects. "ohhm" is the sound of air moving past a vocal chord, the metaphor of one hand. Think about that, later. As you focus on this resonant sound from within you, you can become aware of the control you can exert on the movement of the "ohhhh" sound from your chest, into your throat and the back of your throat, and even into your nasal and sinus cavities. It you feel like doing 12 or 15 "ohhm" breaths, fine. Naturally you will feel more relaxed and very likely entranced.  Now, as you focus on your slow deep breathing and exhaling, begin to imagine a thought as separate from all other thoughts. Identify one thought, then another, another, and continue. As each thought is separated, you can it away or discard it, the choice is yours. In a short while, you will notice how absorbed you have become in the process of focusing on your thoughts and you will have experienced perhaps your first self -hypnosis trance. Practice with this until you are so familiar with the trance state that it will be easy to access. 40

Creating an emotional response

Some people find themselves immersed in an emotional focus that may feel so distracting that focusing on something visually is difficult. Also, some people may be so unknowingly preoccupied with an emotional problem that it prevents them from using imagery. If you are feeling a strong emotion right now, for example, sadness, grief, anger, or fear, you can utilize those feelings to help you enter a trance. You have already read above that tension and anxiety can be used to enter trance and often that same feeling of anxiety is present with anger, fear, and other emotions. You might work with those strategies mentioned for tension and anxiety first. However, if you still feel that your emotional state is preventing you from experiencing trance, learn this strategy. Start by getting as physically comfortable as you can. Find a place to be alone for a little while and close your eyes as you take several deep slow breaths. Become focused on the emotion or emotions you are feeling at the present moment. Ask yourself what is happening in your life right now to contribute to the emotions you are feeling. Begin to develop an image, perhaps like a scene from a movie about your present or recent events. You are the star of your own movie and perhaps your life right now even reminds you of some character in some movie or television program you have seen. Develop the sense that you are in a movie and allow your character to experience all the feelings you presently are having. Like a director of a movie, you can zoom in to focus on one part or another of the action; you can look into (you) your main character's mind and observe the point of view, the  perspective. Just observe and listen to the movie of your present situation. Become absorbed in your movie and soon you will discover that you have entered a trance state, you have detached yourself from your main character enough to  become an observer. That state of detached awareness is also an entry into trance. Continue the story and add new scenes for the main character (you) to release feelings. Imagine asserting your own wants and desires, expressing words of clarification and releasing the feelings. 41

Perhaps you will want to do this sort of actor/director/movie experience several times to feel more at ease with using your emotions to create an absorbed state of mental imagery. That is fine, take your time and when you are ready, then you can shift the scene of your movie at that point toward your goal work. You will then be ready to use other concepts and strategies to expand your self-induced trance. How long should you spend in self-hypnosis?

Most people will benefit from practice one to three times per day. In the  beginning. it may take longer in each session to achieve a relaxed, calm state of mind it will take later. It may require between 15 and 30 minutes to develop a trance at first. Some people need more time, others less. There is no need for comparisons; accept the individual differences that make you unique. No two self -hypnosis experiences are exactly alike, either. Each time you practice, you will have a different level of tension that needs to be undone. Each session will have different distractions which you must utilize. You will find that each trance will be a unique experience, though there wilt be many similarities, also. As we have recommended earlier, you may want to try very brief trance sessions — mini-trances. It is not so important how long you actually spend in a trance as it is that you do some trance work each day. Enjoy developing your skills. How will you know you have succeeded?

The change from regular waking consciousness to hypnotic consciousness can  be a subtle one. You might not notice it the first time or two you try. Be patient with yourself. Three clues that you have achieved self -hypnosis are: 1.  Noticing that the changes you suggested to create a relaxed state have come to be. For example, you become absorbed in a feeling of deep relaxation. 2.  Noticing that your suggestion of physical sensations such as coolness, numbness, warmth, lightness, or heaviness somewhere in your body has  produced one or more of these effects. 3. Taking notice of the time before you first close your eyes during the  practise. Just before opening them at the end, guess how much time has 42

gone by. When you open your eyes and check the time — did less or more time pass than you thought? Time distortion is a signal of an hypnotic state.

A wide range of sexual fantasies through self-hypnotism Erotic self-hypnosis includes a wide range of sexual fantasies and activities, including mind control, dominance and submission, personality transformation, gender transformation, age play, forced arousal, and even sexual addiction. Dominance and submission (D/s) is by far the most common use of hypnofetishim. D/s is a form of erotic power exchange, where one person willingly surrenders their will to another in exchange for sexual pleasure and/or an emotional bond. Hypnosis enhances the feelings of submission to the point where a sub can actually feel a dominant's control moving their body or influencing their thoughts. This can create intense feelings of belonging and intimacy. Personality transformations are the next most common fantasy. People often fantasize about being freed from responsibilities or inhibitions and transformed into someone who can freely enjoy the sexual pleasures they've imagined or read about. The transformed personality might be a slave, a bimbo, a slut, a stripper, a robot, a femme fatale, or a character from a book or movie. Some people take erotic hypnosis so seriously that it becomes a lifestyle or a fetish, But even for those who only want to explore or occasionally play, numerous ways exist to employ hypnosis erotically, including, but as we already know not limited to:       

Reducing inhibitions and increasing arousal Intensifying sensations and pleasure Obedience training Conditioning sexual and erotic responses Helping people become more open to new sexual activities Erotic hallucinations Enhancing roleplay

Reducing inhibitions and increasing arousal are the most common goals of erotic hypnosis. Both men and women can sometimes think too much or focus on past bad experiences. This inhibits their ability to enjoy the present sexual activity and become aroused. Hypnosis can help someone set aside those 43

thoughts and focus on their arousal and responses, increasing arousal and enabling the experience of more pleasure. Conditioned responses include instant arousal on command (instant erections in men or instantly making a woman wet), orgasming on command (and / or only on command), forced chastity in women and impotence in men, being immobilized on command, being aroused  by the sight of a person or an object, and being aroused at the sound of a  person's voice. Erotic hallucinations may be as simple as feeling a caress when not being touched, or as elaborate as visualizing an entire scene. Sexual roleplay can be greatly enhanced through the use of hypnosis, allowing partners to actually inhabit their characters, to the point of temporarily forgetting their real identities and completely believing themselves to be that character.

Your Secret Attraction If you're lonely or are plagued by doubts about your ability to feel like and therefore be  an attractive person, the solution already exists within your subconscious mind . The question is how to draw it out and put it into practice in your life. The reality of your life corresponds directly  to the nature and quality of the thoughts that habitually occupy your conscious mind. If you're constantly thinking of yourself as being unattractive, your all powerful subconscious will react to this by creating circumstances and conditions in your life which will confirm this. If, however, you train your conscious mind - through self hypnosis - to consistently send positive thoughts about yourself to your subconscious then it will guide you to and attract to you circumstances and situations which will confirm this, and your aura will become more vital and strong. While the subconscious mind is wise and powerful to a degree beyond the comprehension of even the best brains on the planet, it nevertheless works with what it gets from the conscious mind, creating in the reality of your life whatever conditions are suggested by it, irrespective of whether they are positive or negative. Apart from the obvious benefits of positive thinking, i.e. making the most of what you have in terms of personality and appearance, the daily and/or nightly use of a relevantly themed hypnosis download is a powerful way of using hypnosis to focus your desire for love on to your subconscious. This method of subliminal persuasion of your powerful subconscious will soon result in positive changes to your thought processes, ideas and self image. The ultimate secret of attraction lies within the aura, and as your subconscious begins to use its power 44

for your benefit your aura will be strengthened and vitalized, attracting to you sometimes through seemingly strange coincidences - those who will sense, deep down, that you are in tune with them. You now have knowledge of the key to your own secret of attraction, and it is completely within your power to use it.

What is hypnosis for sex drives? Self hypnosis (also known as hypnotherapy) works by safely relaxing you to a deep level where you remain receptive to suggestions. Once you are open to suggestions, self hypnosis then prepares your mind for a sexual situation and improves your confidence and performance. Your confidence and performance will be enhanced for increasing your sex drive, improving sexual desire and so on. Your mind can rehearse sexual activity thanks to hypnosis and feel confident while doing so. When it comes to the act of sex, you’ll feel more confident and as if you know  just what to do best. The libido depends on the power of your mind as well as your body. In fact, your mind has a great deal of influence over the body’s behaviour. Male libido

For men, your brain is also your sex organ. You may think it’s all about your  penis and testicles, but your brain is far more important. If you’re a man, your erections, ejaculation and ability to become aroused are all entirely dependent on your brain. Any many who’s experienced low libido or sexual anxiety, even some time ago, can harbor doubts in his mind which restrict sexual performance. Self hypnosis can help to rid you of such doubts and cause your self confidence to blossom. Female libido

For ladies, your ability to relax, feel open to sexual desire and to enjoy yourself  during sex are all dependent on how your brain behaves.

45

Women can have low libido as a result of stress, lack of confidence and poor self image. This is where working on the deep levels of the mind using hypnosis  provides a solution. For couples

For couples who need more energy in their sex life, self hypnosis for sex drive can be very helpful. There are hypnosis programs for both male and females which inject more sexual energy, remove inhibitions and boost confidence for optimal sexual desire. As you already know self-hypnosis is completely safe and even has a money  back guarantee as it is often said.

How an Abundance Mindset Creates Abundant Sexual Living By using self hypnosis for success and developing an abundance mindset you will truly be on the path to prosperity, wealth and abundant sexual living. Forming an understanding of the abundance mindset involves appreciating that life and the universe actually contains infinite abundance, and that at the end of things the law of abundance ensures that people who are prepared to give as well as receive always, one way or another, come out on top over selfish, small minded people. If you live your life hoarding money for fear that someone else may get some enjoyment out of it, it will never make you happy or fulfilled. On the contrary, it'll make you miserable, neurotic and unpopular. The Abundance Mindset

The abundant mentality is largely about appreciating what giving and receiving really means. If you're short of money, what do you do? Go all out to acquire more and to hell with anyone else? No, because this kind of thinking and attitude is based on the scarcity mindset, which is ultimately counterproductive and will destroy any true value or satisfaction that you may have derived from any money that you might have gained. What you should actually do, before applying your mind to solving your financial problem, is go out and give some money to someone who needs it more than you do. This isn't about learning how to feel good in some goody goody sense, the abundance mindset is about not being afraid to open yourself up to the universal flow of money and ideas. By giving to the universal flow, you open yourself up 46

to receive from it. By only being prepared to take and not give, you're effectively blocking yourself off from the abundant life, and even if you do amass a large amount of money, it will never actually do you any real good. The Scarcity Mindset

If you found yourself becoming upset over seeing or hearing about someone spending, say, 2000 Euros on a birthday party, you are confirming to yourself that your own life is founded on scarcity. It may well be that the person who spends 2000 Euros on a birthday party has more money than sense, but that's not the point. The point relates to you and your attitude to money and life. This negative attitude to money and wealth is just about the most efficient non money making attitude there is. If you think that 2000 Euros is too much to spend on a birthday party, the point is that your mentality is not going to be open to the idea of easily generating 2000 Euros in the first place. Of course everyone's heard about multimillionaires who will refuse to part with 1000 Euros (as an example) unless there's something in it for them. So you may well ask why someone like that who obviously has more of a scarcity mentality than an abundant one still manages to generate stacks of money? Assuming that we're not just talking about some politically connected crook, the reason is that it's actually quite possible - even in the most trying economic times - for someone with a decent business idea and the right attitude to go out and generate wealth. The point about our miserly multimillionaire is that while he may have an eye for an opportunity he is not deriving any real happiness or satisfaction from his wealth, because his money owns him more than he owns his money. He may like to receive, but he knows nothing about true giving, and this creates an imbalance in the soul or the psyche, whatever you want to call it. He is afraid to give, because he thinks he'll somehow "lose out". On the other hand, a man who has 50 Euros to his name, and then gives 3 or 4 of them to someone worse off than him has no fear of giving and thus is, in many valuable ways, just as likely to succeed because he is "opening himself up" to the universal money flow instead of trying to block it. The scarcity mindset is constantly telling itself that it doesn't have enough. This can apply to all areas of life, not just money. An abundance mindset never loses sight of the truth that there are countless ways to make money and that there are rivers, seas of money out there, even in the most challenging financial times, and 47

that only the tiniest most infinitesimal percentage of it would be more than enough to set you up comfortably for life. To someone with an attitude of abundance wealth comes more easily and naturally, without any of the destructive "side effects" that it ultimately brings to  people who have acquired it purely selfishly. Someone with the ability to manifest abundance in the real sense of the word has managed to strike the right balance between giving and receiving. It's obviously not just about constantly giving away everything you have, but about not allowing what you do have to become bigger and more important in your mind than it really is. Hypnosis for Abundance even Sexually and Wealth

When you combine an understanding of the abundance mindset with self hypnosis for wealth and prosperity, you will definitely be making inroads toward the achievement of your goal of financial security. Train your conscious mind to see and feel the abundance of the Universe everywhere, in all things, not  just with regard to money. And, the achievement of real financial freedom requires an abundance mindset but also that you deal with any mental barriers which may be subconsciously preventing you from having the belief in yourself that you will need in order to succeed. Changing limiting core beliefs - negative self beliefs that feed a scarcity mindset - can be successfully achieved with self hypnosis through the use of a hypnosis download created specifically to build a wealth mentality and eliminate any doubts or fears that you may have about your ability to find and use a method of generating money and wealth.

Master/Slave Self-hypnosis Mind Control All hypnosis involves to some degree or extent "mind control", in that the objective is to change the way that you feel and think about something, to reprogram your subconscious thought processes in such a way that you begin to feel and see yourself as being for example confident and self assured, or that you no longer have any desire to smoke or overeat, or have a fear of dogs, flying or whatever. However it's also the case that many people have a fairly erroneous concept of what hypnosis is in the context of mind control. Ironically, the widely held  perception of the mind control aspect of hypnosis, in which images of some 48

Master Hypnotist with legions of hypnotized and controlled slaves are conjured up, is in itself something of an example of mass mind control, whereby through the media repeated suggestions and images depicting it in this way have  permeated through to and become established in the collective consciousness. That's not to say however that hypnotic techniques such as covert or subliminal suggestion and imagery have not been successfully used to influence the thinking and therefore behaviour of individuals and sometimes larger groups. While most of the mind control methods used by for example cult leaders revolve around tactics like group indoctrination and identity, love bombing, making potential dissenters feel shunned, ashamed and afraid, separation from all family and outside influences and so on, certain techniques of covert hypnosis work on a somewhat different level. Although the oft quoted remark about no one being able to be hypnotized into doing something that goes against their instinct is basically true, it's true at least  partly because they've been aware of the fact that they were about to be hypnotized. Covert hypnosis has been described as such because it has been discovered  primarily by Milton Erickson, who, by all available accounts did not work for the CIA - that suggestions can  be hypnotically introduced to the subconscious without the subject's conscious knowledge or awareness, and that if this has  been done correctly the subject will act in accordance with the suggestion being given while believing that they're acting on their own initiative, providing that the required action doesn't stray too far from what the subject would normally consider to be appropriate behaviour.

Sexual Boredom and Self-hypnosis The power of the imagination to recreate passion and desire and counteract sexual boredom  is actually infinite, within the context of an otherwise strong relationship. However the gradual decline of sexual arousal in relationships is not uncommon. Sexual over-familiarity, or the onset of a feeling of repetitiveness in sexual relations between a couple, is one of the most frequent causes of physical and emotional infidelity and ultimately reasons for divorce lying behind relationship break ups.

This doesn't mean that there's some law of nature which says that couples especially married couples - have to at some point stop finding each other sexually attractive. It's also not the case that when sexual desire seems to be 49

being replaced by lack of sexual interest that there's no going back, that desire can never be rekindled. Even if a couple have had sex together countless times and used every position in every circumstance and combination over years, it would still be perfectly  possible, through the boundless power of the mind and the imagination, for them to be sexually attracted to each other, providing that the relationship was based on a foundation of love, compatibility and an ability to give and take. If sexual over-familiarity is starting to have an adverse effect on your relationship, and assuming that the relationship itself is valued by both partners, then it's time to focus on what to do about it. Firstly, experimentation with fun sex games, different clothing, locations - use your imagination - can start to arrest the decline of mutual sexual interest. For some couples swinging - though definitely not suitable for all even if both are initially willing - has nevertheless been known to strengthen and revitalize  some  relationships. Alternatively, the technique of mutually agreed temporary abstinence from full sex, but continuing to indulge in mutual stimulation stopping short of penetration, ejaculation or orgasm can, say after a couple of weeks or so, bring about a rekindling of desire between partners.

Hypnosis for Sexual Aversion Disorder There is now such an acknowledged understanding of the power of the subconscious mind to overcome psychological - and even physical - problems, that the potential value of hypnosis as a means of successfully treating this condition cannot be overlooked. Once it's been established that there are no  physical factors which could be causing aversion to sex, it's time to focus attention on the mind. There is a debate as to whether treatment in these cases should be viewed as a method of dealing with an anxiety disorder or purely as a psychological aversion disorder relating specifically to sex. The important thing, it would seem, would be to start at the place where the  problem began. You would get there, of course, by going back in your mind to where, when and how the problem began.

50

Undergoing the process of acknowledging, absorbing and letting go of the past experience(s) is the first real step towards overcoming it. The next step involves making time - around 15-20 minutes on a daily basis - for  privacy, quiet, comfort and fairly deep relaxation by allowing all your muscles to gradually relax, closing your eyes and breathing regularly and by visualizing in your mind an image of calm and tranquillity.

How You Can Lose Your Inhibitions and Gain Sexual Confidence with Hypnosis Using the power of your subconscious to overcome and lose your inhibitions in a positive and focused way is in fact the only effective way to do this. All self assured and sexually confident people use this subconscious power consistently all the time whether they know it or not. Equally, satisfying and fulfilling experiences in both female and male sexuality are founded on at least some degree of emotional and sexual intimacy, but if you feel that you somehow can't lose your inhibitions then this intimacy will not happen. What are Inhibitions?

For better or worse, societies in general tend to promote conformity in one way or another, some more so than others, though there's a strong case that social structures based more on individualism merely encourage a different form of conformity. Feeling constrained and inhibited therefore isn't always something that comes from "within", there are social pressures around you designed to discourage  behaviour deemed to be unacceptable. However when personal inhibitions relating to male or female sexuality are holding you back, causing you to miss opportunities and lowering the quality of your life then it's time to look "within" and start to do something about it. Inhibition is something that we're very consciously aware of. You may feel inhibited about taking the lead in a group conversation and saying something that may arouse ridicule, even if you believe in what you want to say, because of fear of the reaction that it would get and how that would impact on the ego.

51

Many people - though not all - would take the safer option and keep their opinion to themselves, and privately think less of themselves as a consequence anyway. Or you may have met someone you consider to be personally and sexually attractive, and feel that there's a possibility that the feeling may be mutual. In your mind you start to imagine yourself approaching this person and everything  just clicks and goes like a dream and you're both smiling at each other and.....  but then you become consciously aware of thoughts and feelings of doubt and fear, what if he/she just laughs  at me? How terrible will I feel then? Is it worth trying? Maybe not, maybe "next time". And there goes the end of another  potentially life changing opportunity. opportunity. Losing the Wrong Inhibitions

It's obviously well known that alcohol can release inhibitions - break the ice - to varying degrees, largely dependent on how much is consumed and in what circumstances. Unless you have your own personal reasons for total abstinence, there's nothing wrong with moderate alcohol consumption. However to use alcohol or any other drug specifically as a way to lose your inhibitions is a strategy that will often end in grief. By using artificial means of losing inhibition, such as alcohol, you end up not only losing inhibitions - and not necessarily the ones you wanted to lose - but also your sense of judgement and focus, consequently defeating the purpose of the exercise in the first place. An excessively shy or inhibited person is almost certainly someone who has issues with confidence and self esteem. Someone who is very inhibited about making social and sexual connections with others is to some extent plagued by self doubt and emotional insecurity, able to see the opportunities but unable to see beyond their mental picture of themselves somehow failing at every attempt. To truly free yourself from the constraints of self defeating and unnecessary inhibitions you have to change the way that you consciously think about yourself. Help to Lose Your Inhibitions

Someone who is overly sexually inhibited may well have difficulties with other aspects of their life as well, however if sex and sexual relationships and issues with emotional closeness seem to be the main concern main concern demanding attention and 52

holding you back from finding a healthy relationship, then your "sexual  personality" is where the focus should go. There are two ways to look at this, in that some opinion holds that sexual inhibition comes from an overall lack of confidence, and that the person should  be, in the first instance anyway, guided towards hypnosis for self esteem  building. Alternatively, it may be that you feel clearly that your main inhibitory problem relates specifically to sex and sexual situations, and that therefore hypnosis for male or female sexual enhancement  would be more appropriate. It would have to be up to the individual with their own self knowledge to make that particular call.

G-Spot Stimulation Stimulation and G-Spot Orgasms Or gasms The capacity for erotic pleasure through g-spot stimulation   exists to a significant extent as far as the imagination allows it to. Self hypnosis can be used to unlock your hidden potential to give and receive sexually memorable experiences by intensifying the sexual imagination and developing the intuitive ability to know just what you and your partner want. Specifically with regard to g-spot stimulation though the first question for some is - where is the g spot? Female G Spot

The G, or Grafenberg Spot3, named after the researcher who first documented its  potential for erotic stimulation, is the female equivalent of the prostate gland, and is located at the top of the vagina, around 3 or 4 cm inside. You should be able to feel it by placing a finger inside the vagina and feeling for the prominent or ridge like area just behind the pubic bone and around the urethra. There can sometimes be a certain amount of trial and error or experimentation involved in finding the g spot, but it will be worth it.

3

The G-spot, also called the Gräfenberg spot (for German gynecologist Ernst Gräfenberg), is characterized as an erogenous area of the vagina that, when stimulated, may lead to strong sexual arousal, powerful orgasms and potential female ejaculation. It is typically reported to  be located 2 – 3 inches (5.1 – 7.6 7.6 cm) up the front (anterior) vaginal wall between the vaginal opening and the urethra and is a sensitive area that may be part of the female prostate.

53

Arousal by stimulating the g-spot is best preceded if your partner first indulges in exploratory foreplay, with touching, kissing and caressing first, before going on to gentle clitoral stimulation with lips and tongue. Then, when arousal is starting, the pad of a finger or perhaps thumb could be slowly placed in the vagina and pressed gently on to the g spot. Then it can be massaged, gently but firmly, with the pad of the finger or thumb. The pressure on the g-spot itself has to be fairly firm as unlike the clitoris the g spot doesn't respond particularly well to very light pressure. Orgasms derived through this kind of stimulation can differ from those of clitoral stimulation. The g - spot is more associated with multiple orgasms and sometimes lead to ejaculation, whereas clitoral orgasms tend to happen singly. However clitoral orgasms are easier to reach. There's no golden rule, some women prefer to use the clitoris and vice versa. Various sexual positions are better for stimulating the g spot than others. If the woman goes on top, it's easier for the penis to directly stimulate the g-spot. Also doggy fashion, or entry from the rear, with the woman pushing her hips back, similarly allows the penis to touch the spot, spo t, and if the man performs per forms swinging or gyrational movements as a pose to only thrusting ones, this too improves the chances of hitting the spot. G-Spot Stimulation and Hypnosis

As mentioned previously, your imagination is the most powerful tool in your sexual "armoury". All the different erogenous zones would be difficult, if not impossible, to stimulate without it. If you're finding that you're having difficulty genuinely responding sexually, or if you simply want to enhance your sexuality, then by giving your sexual imagination a boost you'll discover or rediscover your potential to enjoy and  benefit from the exquisite pleasure and satisfaction that comes from great orgasmic sex. Getting to the right g spot location followed by skilled g-spot stimulation can lead to multiple orgasm, and this becomes much easier to achieve if you train your mind to be more receptive to it.   By making a point of relaxing fairly deeply on a daily and/or nightly basis for a month or so while absorbing a sexual s exual enhancement themed hypnosis download, you'll soon find your sexual confidence increasing and that everything they say about the g-spot and orgasms in general is true. 54

Problems and Sexual Anxiety Hypnosis can resolve sexual desire disorder and orgasm problems  in general  because psychosexual problems are by definition products of the mind, and hypnosis can be used to train your conscious mind to reach and reprogram the deeply rooted negative thought patterns that cause orgasm problems and, through a program of suggestion and visualization, replace them with positive ones. Some Orgasm Problems

The nature and quality of your habitual conscious thoughts impress themselves onto your subconscious, which then subsequently creates in the reality of your life situations and conditions corresponding to these thoughts. However, not all  problems relating to orgasms have a psychological basis. Physical and medical factors which can cause problems with orgasms in both men and women include certain medications, with side effects of antidepressants such as SSRI's being quoted as affecting as much as 40-50% of users with sexually related problems. Long term addiction to opiate drugs and over consumption of alcohol are also factors known to be associated with lack of libido and other difficulties. Hormonal imbalances in both male and female, and some purely physical injuries such as severed pelvic nerves in women, have also been identified as causes. As far as psychological factors contributing to these problems are concerned, many of them could be placed under the general heading of anorgasmia. This is a condition which manifests as an inability to achieve orgasm, even after stimulation and sexual activity with a close partner. Psychologically based male orgasm difficulties can result from stress, more specifically feelings of depression, low self esteem, ongoing grief and anger. The individual's background and history also play an important part, for instance  previous sexual trauma of some sort or having spent formative years in an atmosphere of strict sexual repression. Psychologically based female problems with orgasm - difficulties achieving orgasm generally affect more women than men, with around 30% of women 55

only occasionally or never reaching orgasm - often relates either to an inability to have an orgasm in specific circumstances or with specific partner(s), or to a more generalized problem, whereby she may never have experienced orgasm at all in any circumstances. The reasons for female orgasmic disorder are in many ways broadly similar to those applying to males. Successful treatment of psychosexual male and female anorgasmia can involve a combination of therapy and hypnosis/self hypnosis. Premature Ejaculation

Premature ejaculation refers to a situation where the male partner experiences rapid ejaculation either before, immediately on or very soon after actual  penetration. When this happens consistently or often, then ejaculation problems are definitely present. PE is almost always psychologically based, and may have been a factor since the  beginning of the sexual life or it can manifest later in life. In relationships it often leads to tension and dissatisfaction on the part of both partners, though  perhaps more especially the female partner. Part of the treatment for PE often involves a method known as the stop - start technique whereby the man is sexually stimulated until he's close to ejaculation, at which point the stimulation is stopped for about a minute then resumed. This sequence is continued, with mutual stimulation, until both partners are close to orgasm. This technique could be used in conjunction - though obviously not at the same time - with self hypnosis, with the psychological nature of the disorder making it receptive to positive change through physical and mental relaxation, suggestion and visualization. In general, orgasm problems such as anorgasmia and premature ejaculation are able to be treated successfully with hypnosis. Psychosexual orgasm problems are with motivation actually comparatively easy to resolve. These problems  become established through a negative mental picture which has built up in the mind, usually over time, and self hypnosis can deconstruct and then gradually replace that negative picture with a positive one.

Being addicted to Pornography Hypnosis and the power of the mind can make being addicted to pornography  a thing of the past. This is because all habits and compulsions are  products of the mind, and through self hypnosis you have the power to remove from your mind the drivers of these habits and compulsions. It also has to be said however that no one seems to be able to define exactly what addiction to  porn actually means. Though it does undoubtedly exist, at what level does it  become an "addiction"? There also seems to be a lack of clarity about exactly what the definition of pornography is.

What is certain is that there are some men and a few women too whose internet  porn addiction has made them unhappy, sexually and emotionally frustrated and has also put their relationships with partners and even jobs at risk. While this addiction, if it should be termed as such, is not on a par with drug or alcohol addiction, it does leave those obsessed by it feeling unable to break away from it. This is compounded by easy and instant access to porn via the internet. In pre Web days, porn addiction was practically unheard of, though in the 1980's when home use of tv/video technology took off porn viewing increased significantly.  Nevertheless, those who insist that all  pornography and viewing of pornography should somehow cease would seem to be preaching a lost cause. Pornography has for a long time existed in one form or another - even before the Victorians who some believe "invented" it - and will continue to do so for the foreseeable future. Being Addicted To Pornography

Viewing porn becomes a problem when it applies to the "lone male viewer" syndrome, where a man finds himself spending increasing amounts of time obsessively searching for and watching porn alone, usually online. Often in these circumstances masturbation addiction - onania - replaces genuine sexual fulfilment, and any relationship he was in would soon suffer. Exactly why and how the process of developing a compulsion to watch  pornography begins and takes it course isn't clear, but it's been suggested that it could involve a lack of positive sexual experience, or alternatively that in the

57

psyche pornography has somehow become a means of blocking out the significance of some problem that has emerged in life. Compulsive Onania

All habitual and compulsive behaviours are ultimately governed by what is happening in the subconscious. This includes things like compulsive overeating and smoking as well as habitual over-use of masturbation as a form of relief. Hypnosis and/or self hypnosis can be and is successfully used to address and neutralize the subconscious thought patterns that actually create the impulse to masturbate compulsively. It's developed as a habit/compulsion because the subconscious has begun to associate the act itself and the subsequent orgasm with what it has come to "think" is a strategy that will provide relief from the tension, stress, frustration, depression or sheer boredom that actually underlies the problem. Through relaxation and positive suggestion that underlying issue and the masturbation habit itself can be addressed in such a way that a) you will find yourself turning to more positive and constructive ways of mentally dealing with negative emotions, and b) you will consequently find yourself beginning to lose interest in masturbation other than as what it's meant for - relief from normal sexual fantasies that can't for the time being be fulfilled. The compulsive element would have gone, and the frequency of masturbation would be dictated solely by circumstances such as your level of sex drive and whether or not a  partner was available at any given time. Overcoming Porn Addiction

Whatever the reason for it, being addicted to or at least being overly preoccupied with pornography is an unhealthy and unhappy state of affairs. Many of the compulsive users know this, and want porn addiction help but are not sure how to go about it. The first thing that should be understood is that addiction to porn has an entirely psychological basis. Any form of compulsive behavior which comes from the mind can be overcome by the mind. The key to doing this lies in the subconscious, and the power of the subconscious can be harnessed by self hypnosis. By embarking on a 2-3 week program with a hypnosis download themed specifically   to deal with this problem, being addicted to pornography will soon be behind you.

Erotic Hypnosis Glossary 24/7

Lifestyle of remaining a slave 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. Addiction Craving a person, habit or practice to such an extent that its absence can cause physical or emotional pain. Many submissives become addicted to  being hypnotized. In erotic mind control literature, female slaves have been made addicted to many different things, including a sucking cock, fucking, swallowing cum or being hypnotized. Age Regression

Taking a subject back to a mentally younger age. Hypnotists use this technique to increase receptiveness to suggestion. The technique can also  be used to recover lost memories to help a subject reinterpret a negative memory in a more positive way. In personality and gender transformation fantasies (two sub genres of erotic hypnosis), age regression is used to  plant false memories of being the other person at a younger age. This makes both the conscious and subconscious minds more receptive to the transformation suggestions.

Amnesia

The inability to recall certain memories. Some amnesia occurs naturally with hypnosis because memories created in one state of mind become accessible only when a person returns to that state of mind. Amnesia can also be induced by a specific command to forget. Many people with a hypnosis or mind control fetish can be sexually aroused knowing that part of their memories are blocked by hypnotic command. Sometimes a hypnotist will block a memory of a command until after the command has  been obeyed. Then the subject can become sexually aroused by the realization that they have obeyed a post-hypnotic command. BDSM

Bondage, discipline, sadism, masochism. It is sometimes considered to be a compound abbr where the "DS" also stands for dominance and submission. 64

Bimbo, Bimbofication

A simple minded girl; one who devotes most of her energy to looking good and attracting men's attention. Bimbos are usually cheerful because they never think about serious problems. In erotic mind control fiction, bimbos are usually insatiably horny; as if their whole purpose in life is to enjoy sex. Bimbofication is the process of transforming an intelligent woman or frumpy girl into a hot sex-starved bimbo. Brainwashing

Brainwashing is usually defined as an intensive, forcible indoctrination, usually political or religious, aimed at destroying a person's basic convictions and attitudes and replacing them with an alternative set of fixed beliefs. However, brainwashing can be more subtle. In male dominate mind control stories, most brainwashing programs force women to focus on wanting more sex. But in femdom mind control stories, the  brainwashed victim is often forced to believe in devotion and obedience. Chastity

Abstaining or being forced to abstain from sexual activities. Hypnotically forced chastity takes away a person's choice of having sex, hence making them dependant on the hypnotist for sexual pleasure. In erotic mind control stories, female hypnotists frequently impose chastity on males to humiliate and enslave them, but male hypnotists rarely impose it on women. Classical Hypnosis

A category of trance inducing methods that use guided visualization and  progressive relaxation. Conditioned response

An involuntary response programmed into the subconscious by repeated hypnotic commands and reinforced by positive (pleasure) or negative (pain) feedback. For example: Becoming aroused on command.

65

Conditioning

The process of modifying behavior or creating a conditioned response. Conditioning naturally occurs with any repetititive activity, i.e., when someone runs a mile every day, they condition their body to run more effectively. Conditioning can also be part of a brainwashing program. Pavlovian conditioning involves training someone to respond to simulus (training a woman to become sexually aroused on command). Operant conditioning conditions a person (or pet) to expect a reward or punishment for behaving in certain ways. D/s

Dominance and submission. A form of erotic power exchange where one  person willingly surrenders control to another during sexual encounters or erotic play. D/s may or may not include bondage. Erickson or Ericksonian Hypnosis

A category of methods for inducing trance by using unconventional language patterns that confuse or bypass the conscious mind and create mental images directly in the subconscious. Named for Milton Erickson, who pioneered the theraputic use of storytelling and metaphors. Erotic Power Exchange

Consensually giving another person power over you so that they may increase your sexual desires and pleasures. Exhibitionist

Someone (man or woman) who displays their body to attract attention and derives sexual pleasure from being watched. Exhibitionist fantasies can be classified into two categories: with humilation and without it. Exhibitionist fantasies with humilation tend to be passive fantasies, i.e., the woman is  publicly used by one or more men. Exhibitionist fantasies without humilation tend to have the woman actively participating and enjoying sexual activities, such as dancing, stripping, or making love to another woman while a man watches.

66

Fantasy

A mental image of a scene or activity you would like to experience; often includes the thoughts and emotions you expect to experience with the activity. Fellatio

Giving pleasure to a cock with the lips and tongue, a.k.a. a blow job, giving head, sucking cock, the ultimate kiss, tickle his pickle, etc. Femdom

Relationships and/or activities which are controlled by a female. The  person(s) being controlled may be either male or female. Feminization

Making someone think, act, or appear more feminine. Most often this refers to a woman feminizing a man. But bimbofication is also a form of feminization, which may be applied to women. Taking a cold-hearted  business woman, and making her into a warm, loving woman may also be considered feminization. Fetish

Any object or a non-sexual part of the body, that arouses instant and intense sexual desire. With repeated conditioning, the fetish object  becomes necessary for sexual pleasure. A person with a hypnosis fetish may become sexually aroused by being hypnotized, by hypnotizing others,  by becoming aware that they have responded to a hypnotic command, or  by seeing other people respond to hypnotic commands. Gor, Gorean

A particularly strict style of BDSM based on John Norman's Gor Series. This series inspired me, Essence of a Slave. Hentai

Animated Japanese porn that often portrays women being hypnotized and transformed into mindless sluts or devoted sexual slaves. 67

Hypnosis, Hypnotism

The method or technique by which a Dom may place a submissive in a trance. See Classical and Ericksonian Hypnosis (Amazon Sales). Hypno-fetishism

The sexual fetish for hypnosis and similar forms of mental persuasion or mind control. Kajira

A special type of slave who devotes every fiber of her being to being the most obedient and pleasing slave she can be. John Norman popularized the concept in his Gor Series of books. Kajira experience intense and overwhelming passions. The kajira in Norman's Gor series inspired me, Essence of a Slave. Libido

A measure of a person's basic level of interest in sex. Hypnosis can increase a person's libido in healthy ways or to the point of obsession. Hypnosis can also lock a person's desires so they will only be interested in sex when given a hypnotic command (mental chastity). My recording, The Pleasure Principle, is designed to generate a healthy increase in a woman's libido. Nested Stories

A story within a story within a story. Nested stories can induce a trance as the 's conscious mind tries to hold a mental image of the 's position within each story. This ties up the mind's resources, prevents critical thought, and allows suggestions to enter the subconscious without interference. NLP

Neurolinguistic programming. A collection of methods for constructing words and sentences to bypass conscious filters and influence subconscious thought processes. Polyamory

68

The practice of openly maintaining loving relationships with more than one  person. Polyamory is distinguished from cheating by honesty; all the  people involved are fully aware of the each others' participation in the relationship. In erotic mind control fiction, polyamory may take on different forms: 1. a person may maintain simultaneous relationships with their spouse and Master or Mistress. 2. A person (usually a woman) is hypnotized into accepting that she is part of a harem and all women love the master. 3. A woman may be hypnotized to become bisexual and love  both men and women. Post-Hypnotic Suggestion

A suggestion given during trance that the subject will follow sometime after waking. Often a subject will have no memory of the suggestion until after they've carried out the instruction. Hypnotists often suggest that once the instruction is obeyed, the subject will recognize it as a post-hypnotic command and become sexually aroused by the reminder of the hypnotist's control. Seduction

Arousing sexual desire, or subtly persuading someone to believe what you want them to believe. In most erotic mind control stories one character uses  brainwashing to control the victim's sexual desires. Although a few stories use sexual seductions to make a victim more susceptable to brainwashing. Slave

In erotic mind control literature, there are several types of slaves: 1) A  person who enjoys belonging to or being totally controlled by another. 2) A  person who devotes every fibres of their being to serving or pleasing someone. 3) A person conditioned to obey without question or hesitation. 4) A person who is addicted to another person. In erotic mind control stories, slaves often serve as maids or butlers and help the Master recruit other slaves.

Slut

69

A female who engages in sex with anyone. In erotic mind control literature, many sluts are owned and will have sex only at owner's command. Subject

Someone being hypnotized. Subliminal messages

Beneath the range of conscious perception but still perceptable to the subconscious mind. In reality, much controversy exists over how effective subliminal messages are. This is because the range of conscious and subconscious perception varies depending on circumstances, the environment and people's focus. In erotic mind control stories, subliminal messages provide an effective way to influence a person's ideas, yet let them think that the induced ideas are their own. Submission

The act of submitting to the power of another. Submissive

A person who enjoys being controlled by someone else under some, but not all, circumstances. A submissive, for example, might enjoy being controlled in sexual situations, but prefer to make their own decisions about their diet, exercise, education and career. Subspace

The state of mind that submissives enter during D/s scenes. Many people consider subspace to be a form a trance. However, it is generally induced  by conditioning rather than a formal hypnotic induction. Time Distortion

Creating the subjective experience of several days, months or years within a few minutes of real time. This technique amplifies suggestions of being trained or conditioned. Trance 70

A natural altered state of consciousness, characterized by heightened suggestibility and receptivity to direction. A state of mind in which a woman is receptive to seduction, and may experience increased sexual desire and intense erotic pleasure. A state of mind in which a woman may  become more submissive and obedient. Trigger

An object, word, phrase, or action that compells a response. In the suggestion, "When say your name, you feel your clit tingling", saying the name is the trigger. Some hypnotists are very careful to use triggers only they can use. This gives the hypnotist considerable control over the subject's responses. Other triggers are designed to be used by anyone anytime. This creates a generalized response; such as having a woman  become aroused whenever anyone calls her a slut.

About the author of this Ebook:

Philippe L. De Coster, B.Th., D.D. joined Sundial House, Tunbridge Wells, Kent, UK team in 1971: Michael Eastcott and Nancy Magor. He represented together with Tilla Grenier (Brussels) the two French sections of the Meditation Group for the New Age, and Creative Meditation Group, also called the French Section. When Tilla Grenier died the two groups moved to Ghent, and was assisted by François Geldof for the distribution of the  booklets of both groups. In 1970 De Coster was awarded with a certificate of Unity School of Christianity, Lee’s Summit, Missouri for his knowledge, the course being of a metaphysical character covering the fundamental  principles of the teachings of Unity and their applications in redeeming the mind and healing the body. As the studies were “extra muros” it lasted almost ten years.
