In other words, it is absent a Will from the Grantor. Therefore, the Trust has only been implied because of the �ling of the SS-5 Form, but no Will was deposited with it. This can also be the case if one has never �led the SS-5 Form, but still made use of the SSN. If one has made a use of the SSN, then they need to express the Trust. It is just that simple. So then, since no expression of the Will of the Grantor was �led and/or noticed in connection with that SS-5 Form, the PERSON PERSON (ALL (ALL CAPS NAME, sometimes referred to a STRAWMAN) STRAWMAN) is still only with infant status. (Notice it is the PERSON with said status and n not ot the Living Soul) From this status it is deemed that administration is still required over the Estate because, there is no record of any Will to de�ne the Will and Intent of the Grantor for and on the public record much less give notice that the Heir and Bene�ciary has appeared as Grantee to accept the original Deed for the Estate. This means that the Estate is still recognized to be abandoned. Therefore, until one does this the SSN will remain the property of the issuer, the Social Security Administration. So then, if one is engaged in the increase of the p public ublic debt/national debt, then the duties of the IRS are indeed justi�ed to administrate those who IRS are are not acting as a Surety for the use of the private credit issued from their God-given birthright inheritance and Estate. However, those duties would not be necessary if we cleaned up our own mess and did not leave our private credit littering the Public Trust. This is the negligent dereliction of duty that causes harm, damage, loss and injury to our neighbors, family and Estate. We would not be in direct violation of the second of the two greatest commandments now, would we? When the people learn how to use private credit issued from their Estate correctly, along with the 1099OID, 1099A and the 1099C, (These are only information returns) then money, and the need for it, will fade away and eventually, the PUBLIC TRUST will not have any money at all, as all money is debt anyway and the best way to protect the public trust from public debt is to not have any money in circulation at all. But, since there is money, and there is a public debt, and there is a perceived need for money, then there is a love of money present within mankind. Therefore, the IRS is most certainly needed to oset and protect against that unrequited love that mankind has with money, and along with it, the integrity of the Public Trust. The only debt that mankind owes is the debt to love one another, not to love money. For to love money is to de�nitely be in infancy, and this is why an infant needs to remain a decadent until they reach the time appoint of the Father and, are no longer bereft of the weightier matters of the law, as the Pharisee’s were. The Pharisee’s were admonished of their willful negligent carelessness. So also should we be by that example as well if we do not bring Equity in to the circumstances to relief in righteousness. Unconditional love is not in the law alone, but it is made known when Equity and the Law are put together. “Think not what I have come to destroy the law, but to fulll.” The fulll.” The only way that the Law is ful�lled is through Equity. For without Equity the Law cannot be ful�lled. This is why Equity is King, and it is also why Equity can stand alone and be just and righteous, while the law cannot stand alone and be just and righteous by itself. This is why the Most High God, “Judges the peoples with Equity,” and and not with the Law. For God loves us all unconditionally and does not wish to destroy any of us, but rather show us justice, mercy and forgiveness. These three are one, and are the central fulcrum points that are the eternal pillars of unconditional uncondition al love. All I can encourage one to do is to not leave the Estate abandoned, and to complete they delivery by expressing the Trust that previously has not been expressed. For until one expresses the Trust it shall remain an Implied Trust, as said Trust created by the giving of information upon an SS-5 Form, was given without an Expressed Will and Intent of the Grantor. This basically is what makes the dierence between an Expressed Trust and an Implied Trust, and this is also one of the reasons why one is deemed to be ignorant and incompetent. Now, it is known that Mom gave the information about us to the hospital in the capacity of informant. However, it was up to Dad to express the Trust on behalf of the new born ospring. So Dad failed. But, that is really not the issue anymore now, is it? THe agency is a taxable commercial entity. The bene�ciary of the Title (Statement of Birth) becomes the registered agent of the agency. The trustee became the principal of the agency. The principal is in breach of agency law as the principal has a duty to compensate the agent for his expenses and time for running this agency. This is how I see it anyhow. The trust was created by your mother when she gave the title to the registrar, the Crown/State then became the trustee. Under trust law the trustee becomes the absolute owner of the trust property. The bene�ary has the right to terminate the trust according to Saunders Vs Vautier, 1840. The only rights the bene�ciary has is to sue the trustee for breach of trust, such as not paying the trust expense, etc.

I come here to read what he shares from his h is heart on these subjects. Most of us beginning this journey, have all heard, “get your bills paid”, p aid”, “get money”, ” the birth certi�cate is worth millions”, etc. Yet have we missed
the entire message here? Just maybe, we were meant to be redeemed WITHOUT MONEY, as the bible says. Because we chose long ago to have earthly kings/queens, instead of the Father and having Him only as sole King, Judge and Law giver, we have given ourselves over to depravity, greed, control and death. Our lack of knowledge is so wide and deep, just as the road that leads to destruction, that we cannot see, nor hear what the Spirit says. The true question now, at least for me, is: What steps must I take to complete the delivery? Is there a certain way of expressing your will in writing? How does one accept the deed? What I’ve done thus far is sending the authenticated birth certi�cate and adavit to the county recorder of where I was born. I autographed the back of the BC, and attached the adavit, which stated I have reached the age of majority and have placed my faith and trust in God and His Son. I also sent the trustees a beautiful card, thanking them for taking care of my estate so well while I was but a child at that time and incompetent. I got back “temporary” recording numbers, stating the adavit is not acceptable. So maybe perhaps I’m I ’m missing the expressed Will that is mentioned in this article? I am familiar that the birth certi�cate is a legal document, a document is an instrument and an instrument may be a deed. So, I feel that I am also very close to completing this, yet I also am aware that the trustees are not perfect either. They also suer from the same lack of knowledge and sin as I did. I cannot even remember what exactly it was that I was searching for, but I came upon that chapter and it just blew me away because I understood it! it was like seeing what was written back then, alive and well today, right now! Sometimes all this being tossed to and fro, is weighty upon my heart, spirit, and even physically get sick sometimes when I allow it to get to me. I always recover though. I’m honest (maybe too honest!)in that I get frustrated and tired of the ugly games that so commonly permeate this system. When I look outside at creation, see my family and friends, it reminds me of the beauty and love by which God created everything and I push forward. I learned early on that if one’s only intention is to somehow get rich and get all your bills paid or if your motivation is for riches, this will back �re on you. Without love, it is meaningless, and our children will carry this on their backs as well if we slumber longer. Each of us must make our own decision in this. Much love to all.

I am at a loss to express more boldly how the law is so completely incomplete when it is without equity, and how all the governments of this world, no matter the nation, are all administrating strictly under the law only. IF one wants or needs recourse for redress and relief, the only way to have that is to bring Equity into the matter, and work from that to take the law and temper it with unconditional love, mercy, and forgiveness, which ultimately will always be equitable and just. When you look at what was written in the Declaration of Independence, the Articles of Confederation and the original and organic Constitution FOR the united States, this is exactly what the Forefathers intention was as the great American Republic, which was conceived and established as a Private Trust in Equity. But, if the people do not see and understand how the great American Republic is a Trust, then they will not see and/or perceive the need for Equity, as Equity is the venue and/or jurisdiction that administrates administrates all Trusts, and Trust is of the Father the Creator and Most High God. Moreover, I would remiss if I did not mention how Old Covenant v New Covenant plays into all of this, which is a tremendous part of the big picture that aids in understanding how, Equity, Trusts and Suborgation �ts into Will of the Father for the former prodigal son to being a, “Beloved Son in whom He is well pleased.”
