Key Accomplishments: Consulted, engineered and delivered highly customized and thoroughly documented complex Public Safety communications solutions within Cassidian’s diverse Call Center applications portfolio for customers in the Western States: CA, WA, ID, AK, CO, NM, UT, WY, and MT. Supported Regional Account Managers in the field and traveled to customers in the Western States to present solutions and demonstrate product portfolio. Responded to RFPs with insightful professional responses packages for clients and channel partners that garnered a high success rate and customer satisfaction.
