Employment Contract This contract, dated on the 22nd day of October in the year 2020 , is made between Curt’s Online O+ Mobile Shop and Ethan and Joy Express of San Pablo City.This document constutes an employment agreement between these two pares and is governed by the laws of Online Selling WHEREAS the Employer desires to retain the services of the Employee, and the Employee desires to render such services, these terms and condions are set forth. IN CONSIDERATION of this mutual understanding, the pares agree to the following terms and condions: 1. Employ Employmen mentt The Employee agrees that he or she have to faithfully and to the best of their ability carry out the dues and responsibilies communicated to them by the Employer. The Employee shall comply with all company policies, rules and procedures at all mes. 2. During your me of Employment with the Employer, you may not engage in any work for another Employer that is related to or in compeon with the Company. You will fully disclose to your Employer any other Employment relaonships that you have and you will be permied to seek other employment provided that it must not detract from your ability to fulll your dues, and you must not assisng another organizaon in compeng with the employer. It is further acknowledged that upon terminaon of your employment, you can not solicit business from any of the Employer’s clients for a period of at least 1 month. 9. Enr Enret ety y This contract represents the enre agreement between the two pares and supersedes any previous wrien or oral agreement. This agreement may be modied at any me, provided the wrien consent of both the Employer and the Employee. 10. Legal Authorizaon The Employee agree that he or she have to fully authorized to work in Philippine and can provide proof of this with legal documentaon. This documentaon will be obtained by the

Employer for legal records.

11. Severability The pares agree that if any poron of this contract can be found to be void or unenforceable, it shall be struck from the record and the remaining provisions will retain their full force and eect. 12.
