Works in multiple pc’s  Employee’s can use it sitting at different location.  Can be used simultaneously. 

The records are maintained in registers.  Manually entered. 

Helps in maintaining the computerized employee details.  Calculate the salary based on leaves.  Generate the reports.  Easy to calculate the working hours of each employee.  Hence the salary will be easily calculated. 




