EMAIL RELAY SERVICE - SMTP MAIL SERVER
1. Title of the project: SMTP Mail Server 2. Abstract: The “SMTP MAIL SERVER” deals with identifying multiple users with in the same login and enabling them to register for personalized and login to send and receive mails. The current environment requires a login for each user to handle all mails related information. But more than one user can’t use the same login and personalized security on mail transmission and reception. Hence it becomes necessary to have a login for every user to communicate with each other by sending and receiving mails that are currently available in the default environment. A utility that will allow multiple clients to login under the same login name and have personalized mail information with their personal logins. 3. Features of the project:

Address List maintenance
Mail management
4. Existing System: The mails are being exchanged using a third party vendor, which is a cost effective system. As it is a third party vendor, we may need to compromise with the security. The

and
documents
might
be
accessed/viewed/used by un authorized persons. 5. Proposed System: Using the proposed system, the mails will be exchanged with the help of the designed SMTP server which provides best security.
We can save lot of revenue, which will be spent in buying the services of third party mailing service vendor. 6. Modules: Current application is differentiated into the following modules which are closely integrated to each other.

Mail organization.
Message composition.
Message Address list
Message Deletion
