PRE-COMMISSIONING CHECKS FOR DIGITAL VOLTAGE REGULATOR FOR M/S  NSPCL DURGAPUR,WEST BENGAL

Che Check ck all pow power er and contr control ol circui circuitt con connec nectio tions ns at ter termina minall blo blocks cks,, cable terminals, contactor terminals and bus bolts for tightness. 4. Plug all unu unused sed holes an and d openings openings,, includi including ng those for c cable able entri entries. es. 5. In case, meters a and nd relays a are re packe packed d separat separately, ely, mou mount nt these on tthe he respect respe ctiv ive e cu cuto tout uts s and conn connec ectt the them. m. Re Refe ferr the the GA GA/S /Sch chema emati tic c diagrams and terminal chart before connecting the meters and relays. 6. While dis dispatchi patching ng the panel, s seconda econdaries ries of CTs ar are e shorted. R Remove emove these shorting while connecting relays /meters. 7. Check th that at fuses are fi fitted tted in main and aux auxiliary iliary ci circuit rcuit and th that at ratings are appropriate for the circuit. 8.
