Flow of the program (Hour Basis): Day 1(7 Hrs) Installation of Tool (Tems 8.0.3, MCOM 4.2, MapInfo 8.5) ------------------------------ (30 Minutes) Drive Test Parameters and Analysis. ---------------------------------------------------------------- (1 hour) Various types of drive tests as per the design requirements. I.e. SCFT, Cluster Drive, Benchmarking, Migration-------------------------------------------------------------------------- (30 minutes) Verifying clutter type (urban, suburban, rural, etc.)------------------------------------- ----- (15 minutes) Configuration of the Tems Kit for 1 Mobile and 2 mobile. ------------------------------- (30 minutes) How to drive (Voice +data) with 1, 2, 3 and 4 mobile. --------------------------------------- (30 minutes) Physical Optimization-------------------------------------------------------------------------------- (30 minutes) Analyzing Sector swap and removing them. --------------------------------------------------- (30 minutes) Operation of tools Tems 8.03, MCOM 4.2, Mapinfo 8.5------------------------------------- (2.5 hours) Interference-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- (30 minutes)

Day 2(7 Hrs) Making short call or long call. ------------------------------------- ------------------------- --(15 Minutes) Log File Analysis. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ ----(1 hour) Handoff issues during drive test ----------------------------------------------------------- - --- (45 minutes) Preparing thematic maps of Rx Level, Rx Quality, SQI etc ------------------------- (1 hour 30 minutes)

IBS Drive and Solutions------------------------------------------------------------------------------ (30 minutes) Performance analysis/KPI analysis for Drop calls, CSSR, HOSR, HOFR, SDCCH/TCH Congestion, SDCCH/TCH Blocking, SDCCH/TCH Allocation failure, SDCCH/TCH Assignment failure.---(2 hours) Radio parameter tuning (Cell level) or RF Optimization. ------------------------------------- (45 minutes) How to handle Customer complain---------------------------------------------------------------- (15 minutes)
