Take a 0.5-1.0 mm thick wire, cut about “36 centimeters” long and bend it in half as shown in Picture 2.  Then leave the top about 9 centimeters and tear off the rest of the tip as shown in Picture 3. 

Bend the wire as shown in Picture 4 -8. 

Apply glue to the wire and wrap with yarn 2 times, wait until it dries, insert into the body.

Add a little polyester as shown in picture 13, continue crochet until done. Gradually add polyester.

Connect arms to the side : count down 2 rows from the top, Insert hook as shown in Picture 3-4. To make a hole.

Insert arm through the hole made. And sew the arms to the body as in picture 6. 

Then the other hand Twist the top of the wire 3-4  times over the body wire and cut off the excess.

Use your hand to pinch the arm to the body so that it does not move as in picture 8. 

Do the same to the other side as shown in picture 2-10. 

3 cm.  Continue working on rows 27-32 until the end covers the body wire. Close stitch, leaving some yarn to sew. Pull the neck down and apply glue to the wire as shown in picture 16.  © 2021

The “belt” at one end uses a flame (Picture 13-14 13-14)).  The other end is sewn to the side of the body around the waist (Picture 15 15)). 

Wrap the “belt” around the body twice. (Picture 16-17)  Pass the belt through the steel ring Pass the belt through the steel ring and wrap around the back to come through the ring again from the other side (Picture 19-20 19-20)). 

Tie the belt to backside and insert to the lower side picture 17. Pass through the steel ring (Picture 21-22 21-22))  Decorate the belt with white yarn. (Picture 23-26)

Iron the cape to be smooth.
