Screen 3: 1. Descripti Description: on: Short text describing the document. If you enter a long text describing the document text), the first 40 characters of the two texts are kept consistent. (Edit -> Long text), 2. Document Status: As per status network defined for the document type you can choose a status among the entry possibilities which is supported in the current processing situation when you create or change. 3. User: Name of the user who is responsible for the Document Info Record. When you create a document info record, the system sets your user name as a default. You can overwrite this name using any user name defined in the SAP System.
