 Employee Program Initiatives – Developed a targeted on-boarding program for new hires and managed participation in Great Place to Work Survey with development of key after-action strategies.  Key Campus School Programs – Partnered with key campus programs to source talented student interns in Hershey’s under-represented business disciplines, resulting in conversion to full-time hires by 25 percent of intern staff.  Diversity Awareness Training – Design and introduced two levels of e-learning diversity awareness training that became mandatory formal courses of Hershey University.
