COMENTARIOS MOLIENDA Y FLOTACION El tonelaje de tratamiento fue de 1436.19 tms/día, siendo el tonelaje mensual de 44507.01 tms. La carga circulante en el hidrociclón gmax D -20 es 189.79%, con granulometria en el O/F de 52.92% - M200. Continuando la evaluacion en el circuito de flotacion se obtiene un relave de 0.297 para el mes de Noviembre(esto reflejada en la mejora de nuestra recuperacion) por los problemas en el circuito de cianuracion de sobrecarga de espesadores nos vimos obligados a bajar el tonelaje hasta aliviar el circuito con concentrado de mejor calidad repercutiendo con nuesta recuperacion del oro. CIANURACION
El tonelaje de cianuración del mes fue de 153.41 TMS/día. Los relaves de cianuración en promedio alcanzo 4.84 g Au /tm El G -Max D - 10 tiene una eficiencia de 51.31% con carga circulante de 562% su liberacion alcanza 97.85% - M400 El circuito de cianuracion actualmente se ve sobrecargada debido al la carga circulante y otro por las limitaciones de evacuacion(bombas en relave de cianuracion ), en la cual estamos evaluando las alternativas de mejor operatividad de nuestro proceso.
