2 PRECAUÇÃO DE SEGURANÇA 2.1 ITENS DE PRECAUÇÕES DE SEGURANÇA: 2.1.1. Antes de retornar o aparelho ao cliente, sempre faça uma checagem dos seguintes itens do aparelho: 2.1.1.1. Certifique-se de que não haja nenhum componente de proteção danificado antes ou depois do serviço, no aparelho. 2.1.1.2. BLINDAGENS PROTETORAS (Capas plásticas, isoladores, termo retráteis, espumas de borracha, etc.), são colocadas nos aparelhos para proteção do cliente e do técnico. Recoloque ou substitua essas blindagens protetoras no mesmo local em que foram retiradas, deixando o aparelho nas condições originais. 2.1.2. Não manuseie ou permita o manuseio de aparelhos sem que todos os componentes de proteção estejam corretamente instalados e funcionando.
2.2 ACESSO AO APARELHO: Certifique-se que não haja aberturas no gabinete (após montado), onde crianças ou adultos possam ter acesso e tocar em partes “vivas” (energizadas eletricamente), causando choques. Não substituir ou modificar o gabinete ou partes dele por peças não originais deixando aberturas muito grandes onde se possam acessar partes vivas.
2.3 RESISTÊNCIA DE ISOLAÇÃO 2.3.1. Desconecte o cabo de força da tomada e curto-circuite seus terminais. 2.3.2 Ligue a chave POWER (Liga/Desliga) do aparelho, se houver ou ligue alguma função. TV por exemplo. 2.3.3. Meça com Megohmetro, a resistência entre os terminais do cabo de força curto-circuitados e todas as partes metálicas expostas do aparelho, tais como parafusos, antena telescópica, terminais de antena, bornes de entrada/ saída, terminal de saída para fones, etc. Se a parte metálica tem retorno de corrente pelo chassi, devemos encontrar valores entre 1 e 5,2 megohms. Se a parte metálica não tem retorno de corrente pelo chassi, o instrumento deverá indicar valores muito acima destes. Se nenhum desses limites for atendido, existe alguma parte metálica em curto-circuito com o chassi, podendo provocar choques elétricos, estouros ou até incêndios.
2.4 COMPONENTES DE SEGURANÇA: 2.4.1. Alguns componentes elétricos e mecânicos possuem características especiais para atender à exigência de segurança, não são identificados apenas por inspeção visual. 2.4.2. Estes componentes não podem ser trocados por similares de maior tensão, potência, ou dissipação de calor, etc. 2.4.3. Deve se identificar o componente mediante um esquema elétrico ou desenho mecânico normalizado (que indicará se o componente é ou não de segurança) do aparelho, e assim substituí-lo. Esta medida evitará danos ao . aparelho, ao técnico e ao cliente. Estes componentes estão identificados pelo símbolo 2.4.4. Componentes de segurança estão sendo continuamente revisadas e novas especificações são divulgadas. 2.5 PRECAUÇÕES DE ASSISTÊNCIA TÉCNICA: ATENÇÃO: Antes de efetuar qualquer manutenção mencionada neste Manual de Serviços, leia e siga o item 2.1. ITENS DE PRECAUÇÃO DE SEGURANÇA. NOTA: Se por qualquer razão haja conflito ou dúvidas entre PRECAUÇÃO DE ASSISTÊNCIA TÉCNICA e ITENS DE PRECAUÇÃO DE SEGURANÇA, siga sempre os ITENS DE PRECAUÇÃO DE SEGURANÇA. 2.5.1 Desconecte o cabo de força do aparelho da tomada sempre que: 2.5.1.1 Remover ou instalar qualquer componente, placa de circuito, módulo ou outro conjunto. 2.5.1.2 Desconectar ou conectar qualquer conector do aparelho. 2.5.1.3 Ao conectar um instrumento de medição, sempre conecte primeiro o terminal de terra do instrumento à terra da placa que será medida. Sempre retire o terminal de terra do instrumento por último. 2.5.2. Quando terminar a manutenção de um aparelho, coloque a chave seletora de tensão (se houver), na posição de 220V.

3.2 ATUALIZAÇÃO DE SOFTWARE 3.2.1. INSTRUÇÕES PARA ACESSAR O MENU DE FÁBRICA Sempre que nesse manual solicitar acessar o menu de fábrica deve-se efetuar o procedimento a seguir: - Ligar o aparelho; - No controle remoto pressionar a tecla SETUP (tecla ) (1); - Selecionar opção “Imagem” (1); - Rolar as opções para baixo até encontrar “Configurações Avançadas” (2) e selecionar; - Selecionar “Ajuste de Brilho”(3); - Manter o cursor sobre a opção “Contraste” (4) - No controle remoto pressionar a sequência numérica 9735

Observação: Como o controle remoto original deste modelo não tem as teclas numéricas para digitar este código, deve se utilizar um controle de outro modelo de mesma marca, no caso “TCL”, para poder acessar o menu de fabrica. - Uma vez obtido o controle e digitado a sequencia, o menu de fabrica estará disponível.

3 TABELA DE TENSÕES E ATUALIZAÇÃO DE SOFTWARE 3.2.2. VERIFICAÇÃO DA VERSÃO DE SOFTWARE. Entrando no Menu de Fábrica poderemos ver a versão do software em uso:

3.2.3. Atualização do SW principal através do Menu do Usuário. – Salvar o arquivo na raiz de um dispositivo USB renomeando o como “update.img”. – Com o aparelho desconectado da rede elétrica, conectar o dispositivo USB, com o software de instalação, na porta USB. – Pressionar a tecla Power do TV e, mantendo-a pressionada, ligue a TV à rede elétrica. – A atualização se iniciará. Após aproximadamente 7 minutos o TV irá reiniciar automaticamente. 3.2.4. Atualização do PROJECT ID (Caso informações do painel estejam erradas) Caso a tela fique totalmente escuro devido à diferença de painel x software instalado, pressione 062598+MENU+xxx (xxx:Panel ID). Nesta parte colocar uma nota: Caso o painel utilizado não conste nesta lista, contatar o departamento de assistência técnica para obter o ID correto. Modelo

3.2.6. MODO DE TESTE DO PAINEL (WARM UP) Recomendado para análise de painéis (manchas, dots, riscos, etc.). Entrar no Menú de Fábrica conforme indicado antes, escolher a opção “9-Sita P mode” e ligá-lo.

Desligar a TV pela tecla Power e liga-lo novamente. Entrar novamente no menu de Fábrica e então selecionar a opção warm up. Será gerado um sequencial de telas em diferentes cores onde pode se verificar com mais detalhes, possíveis falhas do painel. Para SAIR do modo “warm up”pressione a tecla POWER no aparelho pois as funções do controle remoto estarão desabilitadas e se o aparelho for apenas desconectado da rede, o modo “warm up” retornará quando for novamente ligado a rede. 3.2.7. Verificação das chaves de Software -Após ligar a TV com a opção Sita P mode ligada veremos um quadro na parte inferior esquerda da tela com as informações:

3 TABELA DE TENSÕES E ATUALIZAÇÃO DE SOFTWARE MID: MAC & DID & HDCP & WIDI & WideVine & MGK MAC (Mac Address) aSem a gravação dessa chave não é possível conectar a rede de internet via ethernet (LAN); DID: Identificação do projeto, já incluído no software do produto, HDCP sem a gravação dessa chave imagens de alta definição via wireless não serão reproduzidas; WIDI sem a gravação desta chave, espelhamento de imagens via wireless não serão reproduzidas; Widevine sem a gravação desta chave, conteúdo do YOUTUBE e outros sites não serão reproduzidos; MGK sem a gravação desta chave, não teremos acesso ao conteúdo do Netflix. NOTA IMPORTANTE: Se algumas das chaves não estiverem gravadas aparecerá a informação “NULL” em substituição a respectiva chave nessa linha. Nesse caso o suporte da SEMP TCL deverá ser contatado para obter instruções dos procedimentos de gravação.
3.3. INFORMAÇÃO DE TEMPO DE USO Neste modelo podemos verificar o tempo de uso do produto. Executar os mesmos procedimentos para entrar no Menu de Fábrica, mas ao invés de usar a senha 9735, digitar o código 6425 para entrar no Menu de Serviço. Neste Menu pode se ver na 9ª linha o tempo de funcionamento do aparelho:
