Materials and tools: 1. Yarn - Sport 5ply The main color Alize Cotton Gold №67– milk beige (or pale pink) For the nose and hooves Alize Cotton №161 – powder (or pink) For the overall Alize Cotton Gold №372 – khaki for the boy; №98 – pink and №122 – plum for the girl. For the boots and band Alize Cotton Gold №02 – mustard for the boy; №200 – grey and №87 – carbonic grey for the girl. For the eyes some Yarn Art Jeans №28 – greyish black or any other yarn of black color and some white yarn. 2. The hook 2 mm. 3. Stuffing (hollofayber). 4. A gobelin needle with a big eye. 5. a thin needle with a small eye. Abbreviations st – stitch; ch – chain; sc – single crochet; inc – increase (crochet 2 sc in one stitch); dec – decrease (crochet 2 stitches together); sl st – slip stitch; hdc – half double crochet; dc – double crochet; trc – treble crochet; (sc, inc) х n – repeat those in brackets n-times.

The boy and girl are crocheted similarly. In this pattern we will crochet the girl – Curly Oink. The size of the ready toy is approx. 25 cm. All the details except the band are crocheted in a spiral.

ARMS (2 pcs) Pink color. 1 rnd: 6 sc in the magic ring 2 rnd: 6 inc (12) 3 rnd: (1 sc, inc) х 6 (18) 4 rnd: for the back loops only 1 sc in each st around (18) 5 rnd: 1 sc in each st around (18) 6 rnd: (4 sc, dec) х 3 (15) Change the color to a pale pink 7 rnd: for the back loops only 1 sl st in each st around (15) 8 rnd: for the back loops of the previous row 1 sc in each st around (15) 9-21 rnd: 13 rows - 1 sc in each st around (15) 22 rnd: (3 sc, dec) х 3 (12) Put the stuffing not reaching 1.5 cm to the edge of the detail. Crochet 3 more sc, fold the detail in half and crochet 5 sc grasping the both edges. Fasten off, hide the end inside the detail.

3 rnd: (1 sc, inc) х 6 (18) 4 rnd: (2 sc, inc) х 6 (24) 5 rnd: for the back loops only 1 sc in each st around (24) Change the color to a grey 6 rnd: 1 sc in each st around (24) 7 rnd: (6 sc, dec) х 3 (21) 8 rnd: 1 sc in each st around (21) 9 rnd: (5 sc, dec) х 3 (18) 10-11 rnd: 2 rows - 1 sc in each st around (18) Change the color to a pale pink 12 rnd: for the back loops only 1 sc in each st around (18) 13-20 rnd: 8 rows - 1 sc in each st around (18) 21 rnd: (7 sc, dec) х 2 (16) 22 rnd: (6 sc, dec) х 2 (14) 23-24 rnd: 2 rows - 1 sc in each st around (14) Put the stuffing not reaching 1.5 cm to the edge of the detail. Crochet 5 more sc, fold the detail in half and crochet 6 sc grasping the both edges. Fasten off, hide the end inside the detail. Attach a carbonic grey thread to the 12th rnd and crochet one more row of sc.

TROUSER-LEGS (2 pcs)

Crochet 23 ch, close the chain in a ring with a sl st. Further crochet in a circle 7 rows of sc. Fold the detail in half and crochet 10 sc grasping the both edges, at the same time crocheting in the leg. Place the leg by the heel to yourself. I have as follows: 2 sc grasping only the edges of the trouser-legs, 6 sc grasping the edges of the trouser-legs and the legs, 2 sc grasping only the edges of the trouserlegs (10)

Fasten off a thread at the left leg, hide the end inside the detail. From the right leg not cutting the yarn insert the hook in the front loop of the left leg and begin crocheting the body for the halfloops of the both legs.

HEAD: Crochet 11 ch with the main color. 1 rnd: begin crocheting from the 2nd loop from the hook - inc, 8 sc, 4 sc in the last loop of the chain. NOSE-PIG’S SNOUT: With a pink color crochet 4 ch. 1 rnd: begin crocheting from the 2nd loop from the hook inc, 1 sc, 4 sc in the last loop of the chain. Further crochet along the other side of the chain 1 sc, inc (10) 2 rnd: 2 inc, 1 sc, 4 inc, 1 sc, 2 inc (18) 3 rnd: 1 sc, inc, hdc, 2 hdc in one st, dc, 2 hdc in one st, hdc, inc, 2 sc, inc, 1 sc, inc, 2 sc, inc, 1 sc, inc (26) 4 rnd: for the back loops only 1 sc in each st around (26) 5 rnd: 1 sc in each st around (26) Leave a thread enough for sewing.

TAIL: Crochet 16 ch. Begin from the 2nd loop from the hook, crochet sc till the end of the row, ch, turn the crocheting and crochet one more row of sc, crochet one inc in the last stitch. Fold the detail in half lengthwise and connect the edges by sl st. Leave a thread enough for sewing.

BAND: Crochet chain 40 ch + 1 ch Further crochet along the chain 4 sl st, *above the next stitch crochet one flower: sl st, (4 ch, trc, 4 ch, sl st) х 3 times*, then 4 sl st, repeat from * till *. Crochet in this way till the end of the row, finish the row with a flower. Leave a thread enough for sewing.

FRINGE: Crochet chain 15 ch. Beginning from the 2nd loop from the hook crochet one sl st in each loop of the chain. Not cutting the yarn again crochet 15 ch and crochet one sl st in each loop of the chain. Continue crocheting the curls. In total we need to crochet 5 pieces (but you can crochet more).

ASSEMBLY AND DECORATION: Sew the nose in the middle between the 15th and the 23rd rows of the head. Do not forget to put some stuffing before closing the opening. Sew the ears. Mark the places for the eyes with pins. Embroider the eyes as it is shown in this video: https://youtu.be/voX5agF6SPE (Also you can find the video about embroidering the eyes on the channel IGTV, you can enter it from my Instagram page @mycrochetwonders) Embroider the nostrils, sew the fringe and decorate the overall. For the straps of the overall crochet two chains of the necessary length and sew them to the body. Sew the tail, twist it like a spiral and fix this position with several stitches.
