The learners develop the use and maintenance of equipment in cookery. The learner independently use and maintain tools, equipment and materials in cookery according to standard operating procedure. Identify kitchen tools according to their use; classify the kitchen tools according to the material it is made of; and demonstrate the proper use of kitchen tools

I. OBJECTIVES Cognitive: identify kitchen tools according to its use; Affective: value the uses and importance of the kitchen utensils; and Psychomotor: demonstrate the proper use of kitchen tools.
