PROFESSIONAL HISTORY October 2014 to May 2015 (Full-time) American Homes 4 Rent (AH4R) – Field Superintendent Denver, Colorado AH4R procures, owns, and manage residential income property. Responsibilities include inspection of recently acquired properties and make cost estimates to prepare properties for rental. Hire general contractors/subcontractors; ensure that contractor’s workmanship conforms to specifications and standards. Approve/disapprove contractor/subcontractor work for payment. July 2002 to June 2014 (Full-time) Renaissance Property Management Corporation (RPMC) – Director of Property Operations RPMC is a subsidiary of Colorado Coalition for the Homeless (CCH). Responsibilities include the management of all property operations, Tax Credit Compliance department, Asset Management department, and property management of multiple Tax Credit, conventional, affordable, and subsidized properties. Created and organized RPMC in January 2003 for the purpose of managing properties that CCH is owner or general partner. Portfolio consists of over 1,400 Tax Credit, affordable and section-8 units.
