Don Potratz [email protected]

Longmont, Colorado 80501 303.827.3805

I am a seasoned product management and product marketing professional with extensive experience leading teams of IT, Sales, and Marketing in highly matrixed environments developing and implementing SaaS solutions for the B2B community. During the many projects that I have led, I have consistently shown to be a very strong and insightful leader, with a keen ability to identify staff talents and then exploit those talents to the advantage of both the individual and overall team. This has resulted in projects staying within scope and budget, while still delivering them on time. I am an intuitive and analytical thinker with the patience and determination to recognize important longterm product market trends and then build successful strategies in response to those trends. In addition, my years of corporate accounting and treasury experience have proven to offer unique insight for developing financial-related products and marketing them to the B2B community. I also directed many varied corporate operations during my career, but never focused simply on the rote completion of the day-to-day tactics. Instead I constantly examined how the functions could be completed in a more sensible way, while still performing them with excellence. Those efforts frequently resulted in a significant reduction in operational and headcount costs.
