Consolidated 5 data centers to 2 over a 9 month project while minimizing the outage periods experienced to users. Introduced an enterprise virtualization strategy to address floor space, power, and cooling consumption costs. This helped lower the operational expense for the Facilities department. rd Created a service desk with a 3 party to supplement services around the onsite Helpdesk team. Implemented an IT support structure which facilitated a quarterly application enhancement schedule. Deployed SharePoint and Office Communications Server to increase user collaboration.
