Responsible for managing day to day operations, profit and loss, policy and procedural development, staff training and development, investigating and resolving patient issues, representing clinics to outside entities, monitoring facility performance, report preparation, and other executive-level functions. Manages an operation which generates $4 million in annual revenue, averages 140 patient visits per day, and has more than 800 deliveries per year. Has implemented a lean process employee engagement program, which has greatly improved operational efficiency regarding patient care and operational costs.
