Purwadhika didirikan pada tahun 1987 oleh Purwa Hartono, MSCNG BSCS sebagai lembaga pendidikan non formal di bidang IT. Sejak berdirinya Purwadhika telah memiliki lebih dari +20,000 alumni dan telah memberikan training pelatihan IT kepada Perusahaan Internasional, Multinasional dan Lembaga Pemerintahan seperti Freeport Indonesia, Astra Honda Motor, Bank Central Asia, Citibank, Pertamina, TNI AL dan masih banyak lagi.

Kini nama Purwadhika adalah Purwadhika Startup and Coding School dimana seluruh program pendidikan yang dimiliki berhubungan dengan dunia digital dan Startup yaitu di bidang Coding, UI/UX , dan Digital Marketing.
