Switch off the main switch JH before starting work on the elevator control. Do not plug in or unplug connectors unless the devices concerned are switched off. Bypassing the safety circuit without express instruction is prohibited.
Caution Exercise great care when traveling by Recall Control Station since the hoistway limit switches are bridged during this mode of travel.
Note • •
Only those personnel that are familiar with the product and qualified through training are authorized to carry out the diagnostics procedures. The procedures must be carried out in sequence. Do not go to the next step before the step in progress has been fully completed.

5.1.7 Ethernet Hub Summary
The group telegrams (VCOM) between elevator controls are sent via Ethernet. With a duplex installation a direct connection between ASIXA PCBs can be made with a special cable. With triplex or more an Ethernet Hub is used to distribute the VCOM diagrams. An Ethernet Hub is also used to connect a Lobby 2000 via Gateway PCB.

6 Summary
Symptoms
Fault Rectification According to Symptoms
In the following table, possible causes and recommendations for fault rectification will be given for fault symptoms from the field.
Components
Symptom
Fault Rectification / Remark
Elevator Control Load Measuring
The car stands at the floor with doors open. The overload indicator on the car operating panel is ON, an alarm tone sounds
Load measurement is not connected, was not put into operation or is defective.
Elevator Control Travel Control
After an Installation Travel control is blocked. Perform a reset. The Travel, the elevator elevator control does not need a further measuring control is blocked travel. After performing a reset the previous parameters will be reactivated
Elevator Control Brake Control Module
No travel initiation possible.
Elevator Control Load Measuring
The car stands with PI mode (Pick Up control) three minutes (default value) with opened doors on the floor (load measuring inaccuracy)
Minimal load control is active (load measuring inaccuracy)
Elevator Control Measuring Travel
The measuring travel can not be terminated correctly
Hoistway information/final limit switch has not been fixed correctly. Before executing the measuring travel, move the car using the recall control station (installation travel). Check that the LED "LUET" displays when traveling through the KUET-/KUET1 area. Check that the final limit switches KNE-U/D get activated 6..8 cm below/above the top/bottom floor level
Install the load measurement and put into operation using SMLCD or CADI GC. If the elevator must be operated without load measurement, switch it OFF using SMLCD or CADI GC
Brake contactors SB/SB1 are dirty/dusty. JH OFF. Operate SB and SB1 several time mechanically The safety circuit is (e.g. with a screwdriver) closed KB/KB1 contacts are not correct wired / adjusted. Check wiring acc. to the Installation Wiring Diagram. On the brake control module check LEDs "KB" (ON) and KB1 (OFF) when the car is at standstill
1) Execute a new commissioning of the load measuring system (the closer you get to 100 % the more accurate the load measuring will be) 2) If the load measurement is still inaccurate. Using CADI GC, increase the parameter "Minimal Load"
Measuring travel has not been started from the uppermost floor level. Always start the measuring travel in the uppermost floor (within the KUET-Level) Elevator Control Installation Travel
During installation The timer (ZSB) on the brake module is not working travel every 30 cm properly. an emergency stop 1) Check if contactor is dirty/dusty clean up occurs 2) Replace brake control modul Parameter "Overcurrent Factor" wrong. Correct according to "CADI Help" Symptoms
