Developmental Activities 1. Presentation The teacher read the selection. What are the standards in listening a selection? Very good!! The teacher reads the selection orally. - In 1991, the big flood and landslide in Ormoc City destroyed properties and killed thousands of people. The government has passed laws to selective logging and deforestation. It prohibits kaingin system and promotes Clean and Green Projects. 2. Group Work or Activity

The people in Ormoc City are cutting trees without replacing new one so there is no protection to land.
