In the early ‘60s, when there was still no law on sterilization, the first generation of our family created a line of hot air sterilizers, the HOT DRY series. But it is with the second generation and the design of the autoclave HYDRA 100 that MEDICAL TRADING has become known and has gained a large market share. Still today in many countries the Hydra 100 is synonymous with reliability and safety. It is thanks to these principles and to the experience earned over many years ,that the latest generation of MEDICAL TRADING has developed a new class B autoclave PHOENIX BLU, in just two years it has become our flagship product. The display shows the graph of the cycle in use and provides the operator with instantaneous data on the pressure or temperature within the chamber or on the function in progress. Warns of any errors and maintenance functions. 4 STERILIZATION CYCLES Cycle at 134°C or 121°C in class B or class S. Universal, Prione, Plastic and rubber, Unwrapped,Cleaning generator The universal cycle carries out a cycle in B class in just 24 minutes* 3 TEST CYCLES Helix Test, Bowie and Dick Test and Vacuum Test DRY You can choose the drying time between 1-5-10 minutes. On request, you can choose a longer drying time in order to increase the efficiency (10-15-20 minutes). USB OUTPUT No more paper around the study Usb flashdrive included to store the printed data. Just connect it to your computer and you can read all the data of sterilization. Save a lot of paper, with an eye to the environment RAPID DRAIN PIPE The autoclave is equipped with 2 rapid drain pipe, independent for each tank. Just connect the hose supplied to completely empty the tanks in a few seconds. STAND-BY With the standby function, the sterilization chamber is heated so that in the next cycle the heating operation is reduced. With this function you can save around 10-15 minutes from the total time of sterilization CERTIFIED SAFETY VALVE Our safety valves that we assemble on all our autoclaves are certified from TÜV. (PED IV) 3 OR 5 TRAYS The autoclave is available with 3 or 5 trays. Just rotate the basket in order to increase the capacity, the same for the instrument boxes. 18-22 LITERS The autoclave is available in two models: 18 or 22 liters. The external dimensions and the diameter of the chamber are the same, the only change being the depth of the chamber. STAINLESS STEEL CHAMBER The chamber and the door are made of stainless stell, free of corrosion.
