  JDLC Construction and General Services Juan De La Cruz 1125 Block 2 Lot 1 Pasig City Dear Mr. De La Cruz This letter pertains to your contract with my clients Spouses Pedro and Maria Mater to construct their 2-storey house located at Brgy 753 Blk 2 Lot 3 dated May 1, 2017. According to the contract, you have promised to finish the said project within 300 days and my clients have to  pay the contract price of Seven Million Nine Hundred Thousand Pesos, an amount which they have already paid in full. To date, you have not finished the house.  Numerous verbal demands to finish the project have been made to you. On November 2, 2018 you have received and signed a written demand detailing the expenses and losses that my clients incurred because of your continued failure and refusal to complete their house in accordance to the construction contract, to wit: Unfinished construction (75% completion) Php
