hereinafter referred to as the ASSIGNOR; -andANALYN S. That the ASSIGNOR is inde That indebt bted ed to the the ASSIGNEE in the sum of  ONE HUNDRED HUNDRE D FIFTY THOUSAND PESOS (Php150,000.00 (Php150,000.00), Philippine Currency, and in full full paym payment ent and and compl complete ete satis satisfa facti ction on thereo thereof, f, the ASSIGNOR hereby ASSIGN, TRANSFER and CONVEY unto the ASSIGNEE that certain real estate situated in Pico, La Trinidad, Benguet, and more particularly described as follows: “ A parcel of land situated in Pico, La Trinidad, Benguet, x x x Containing an area of FIVE HUNDRED (500) SQUARE METERS, more or less. x x x ” of which real estate the ASSIGNOR is the registered owner, her title being evidenced by Transfer Certificate of Title No. 46295 issued by the Register of Deeds of La Trinidad, Benguet, Philippines. That the ASSIGNEE does hereby accept this assignment in full payment of the abov ab ovee-me ment ntio ione ned d debt debt of  ONE HUNDRED FIFTY THOUSAND PESOS (Php150,000.00), Philippine Currency.
