Deed of Absolute Sale

DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: This DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE, made and entered into by and between: EDUARDA B. OMILA, Filipino, of legal age, married to POLICRONIO D. OMILA and a residentS of Purok 6, Poblacion, Dauis, Bohol, Philippines, hereinafter referred to as the VENDOR; - IN FAVOR OF – AILEEN E. AUTIDA, Filipino, of legal age, married to JIMMY P. AUTIDA and a residents of Purok 5, Poblacion, Dauis, Bohol, hereinafter referred to as VENDEE;

W I T N E S S E T H WHEREAS, the VENDOR is the owner of a parcel of land which is more particularly described as follows: “ A parcel of land, Lot No. ______, situated at Barangay Poblacion, Municipality of Bohol, Province of Bohol, Bounded on the East by Lot No. ______, on the West by Lot No. ______, on the North by Lot No. ______, and on the South by Lot No. ______, containing an area of ONE THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED NINETY SEVEN Square Meters (1, 897 Sq. M.) more or less” NOW THEREFORE for and in consideration of the sum of SIXTY THOUSAND PESOS (Php 60,000.00), Philippine Currency, paid by the VENDEE, and receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged by the VENDOR, said VENDOR do hereby SELL, TRANSFER and CONVEY, absolutely and unconditionally unto said VENDEE, FIFTY SQUARE METER (50 Sq. M.) of Lot No. ______, unto said VENDEE, her successors and assigns, free from all liens and encumbrances whatsoever; That the VENDOR hereby declare that she notified the adjoining lot owners of her intention to sell, as she in fact sold the above-mentioned parcel of land and none of the adjoining lot owners signified any intention to exercise the right to redemption or preemption as provided by law; IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the VENDOR hereunto set her hand this ______ day of ______________________, at the City of Tagbilaran, Bohol, Philippines.
