DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE OF REGISTERED LAND KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: I, YOLANDA C. SISON Filipino, single, of legal age, with residence and post-office address at #27th St., Grand Circle Loop, La Marea Village, City of San Pedro, Laguna For in consideration of the sum of FIVE MILLIOM SEVEN HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (Php 7,500,000.00), Philippine Currency, to me in hand paid by GLAESAN GARCIA ADRIANO, Filipino, single, of legal age, with residence and post-office address at #18th Grand Circle Loop, La Marea Village, City of San Pedro, Laguna do hereby SELL, TRANSFER and CONVEY, absolutely and unconditionally, unto the said GLAESAN GARCIA ADRIANO her heirs and assigns, that certain parcel/parcels of land, together with all the buildings and improvements thereon, situated in San Pedro, Laguna, and more particularly described as follows, to wit: (Description) of which I am the registered owner in fee simple in accordance with the Land Registration Act, my title thereto being evidenced by Transfer of Certificate Title No. 162708, issued by the Register of Deeds of Calamba, Laguna. It is hereby mutually agreed that the vendee shall bear all the expenses for the execution and registration of this deed of sale. IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have signed this deed of transfer this 4 th day of July, 2017 in the City of San Pedro, Province of Laguna, Philippines.
