That That my my marr marria iage ge was was sol solem emni nize zed d with with Gum Gumma mala la Gna Gnane nesw swar ar R Rao ao S/o S/o Lat Late e Narsinga Rao ontime 14-02-2013 at old Yadagirigutta Temple as per Hindu Rites and customs, at the of marriage my name was changed as Gummala Gnaneshwari on advice of purohith, that as per my educational records my name was Gayathri and after the marriage my name was changed as Gnaneswari. 3. That the said fact and declaration of chan hange of my name as Gummala Gnaneswari is true and correct, if the said declaration of name is found false I will be responsible for any legal action.

That That my marr marria iage ge was was so sole lemn mniz ized ed with with Gumm Gummal ala a Gna Gnane nesw swar ara a Rao Rao S/o S/o Late Late Narsinga Rao on 14-02-2013 at old Yadagirigutta Temple as per Hindhu Rites and customs, at the time of marriage the photos took the photographer at Yadagirigutta and due to financial reasons I could not collect the photographs of my marriage, that I have filed this petition for dissolution of marriage on mutual consent and due to the said reasons I could filed the photographs of my marriage, 3.
