Tools are operated by high-pressure compressed air that drives the mechanisms

•  Air compressors  –   Reciprocating  driven by the up-and-down motion of a piston in a cylinder  –   Rotary  the air is compressed by a device similar to a centrifugal or axial pump.

•  Air is enclosed in plastic plastic tubing •

Pneumatic Tools in RMG Industries

 Needle Positioner • Stops the machine's needle in the "up" or "down" position • Allows the work to be turned e.g. when sewing corners

Advantages : • Helps in maintaining continuous line of stitching • Minimizes bending or breaking needles and releases thread for free movement of the machine • Allows the operator to have both hands free to handle the fabric • Positioner also helps maintain constant speed and torque of the machine as well as speeds up the outlining process

Thread Trimmer

• Fitted with synchronisers and needle positioner motors, which enable the machine to lift the needle when it stops and cut the threads automatically underneath the throat plate

Thread Wiper

•Lays the needle thread on top of the presser foot, after the thread has been cut and the presser foot has been lifted • Avoids the needle thread becoming trapped when sewing begins again

Presser Foot Lifter • With a light step, the presser foot lift automatically raised • Resulting in a high level of work efficiency • Reduce the operator's fatigue and enables the operator to operate the sewing machine rhythmically

• They enter the jaws, triggering the electric eye in one set of pincher fingers

• The moving part at the far left is the “hold down” so only one shirt comes off.

•The machine flips and deposits the shirt onto it’s frame as it returns to standby
