Ss answers 15 questions based on the poem as exercise. T puts emphasis on HOTS questions. T discusses the passage with the ss, promting their understanding about the passage. Ss then attempt to answer the section from MARA 2015 trails paper. T dicusses the answers with students. Ss show their work to the teacher for verbal comments. Ss are given only 20 minutes to finish writing. T checks ss scripts and give comments.

The t will time them. T checks ss work and share findings from the scripts with ss. Activities : T asks ss to recall the process they did when they produced their recycled paper (holiday homework) T goes through the contents needed for a process essay. T cuts sentences of “how to make recycled paper” into 26 sentences and put them in a box. Each ss take one sentence and then everybody will try to arrange the sentences until all become one complete essay. T checks their work. Ss copy the essay as homework.
