Assisting sub-contractor on finding of front s and solving sub-contractor small issues on the spot. Assisting field engineering on expediting Technical queries. Assisting sub-contractor machinery team on techniques of alignment etc. Rotating Machinery Equipment Assembly, Erection, Leveling, Alignment, Flange Parallelism, Oil Flushing, Pre-commissioning, Commissioning, and st art-Up Such as-: MAN TURBO Flush Gas/Acid Gas and Sour Gas Compressor’s, Turbine’s, Pumps, Fin-fan Cooler’s etc. Static’s Equipment Erection, Leveling and Alignment Such as-: Columns, Vessels, Reactors, Filters, Suckers, Skids, and Packa ges, ges, etc. Internal installation of Columns, Vessels, Rea ctor, Suckers, Such as-: Trays, Down Comers, Seal pens, Outlet collector trays, Lower liquid Distributor trays, Mixing chamber, Liquid collector trays, Quench distributor t rays and Chimney trays etc. Leak test t est of chimney tray, seal pans and down comers.
