Professional Experience: 

Project Engineer(Mechanical) for Project of Erection, Installation and Commissioning of Bhanero Energy Limited Unit 2, Ext. at Fatima Engineering Company from December, 2014 till Present, where my responsibilities are: o Prepare and update project schedule o Prepare site plans like execution plan, action plan for open item list, communication plan e.t.c. o Erection of 18MW power plant and its accessories o Installation and commissioning of relocated 3X18V32LN wartsila engines of 6.125MW each o Plan and supervise unloading of relocated equipment o Prepare rigging plan for heavy haulage equipment o Prepare quality plan and inspection & test procedures for project o Plan and Organize day to day work activities in accordance with project execution plan o Inspection of all electrical and mechanical embedded parts placed by civil contractor in accordance with drawings o Assisting Project Manager in Project planning & scheduling o Insuring that all erection is being done in accordance with OEM manuals and drawings o Installation & commissioning of dual coil air cooled Radiators by Fincoil® (8 units) o Taking decisions from customer and managing customers site representatives o Identifying and accessing all risks & opportunity factors and adopting suitable strategy o Resolving site issues with client and other contractors o Ensuring that work is done as per contract and avoid scope deviation o Planning of resources and material (both, to be given by contractor and client) o To update clients representatives on site about ongoing activities in daily meeting



Site Engineer(Mechanical) for Erection, Installation and Commissioning of Sapphire Power Generation 1 Extension project at Fatima Engineering Company from October, 2013 till November, 2014, where my responsibilities were: o Erection of 25MW power plant and its accessories o Installation and commissioning of relocated 4X18V32LN wartsila engines of 6.125MW each o Plan and organize unloading & storage of relocated equipment o Plan and Organize day to day work activities in accordance with project execution plan o Inspection of all electrical and mechanical embedded parts placed by civil contractor in accordance with drawings o Assisting Project Manager in Project planning & scheduling o Insuring that all erection is being done in accordance with OEM manuals and drawings o Installation & commissioning of Waste Heat Recovery System(WHRS) and its accessories o Installation & commissioning of dual coil air cooled Radiators by Fincoil® (8 units) o Taking decisions from customer and managing customers site representatives o Identifying and accessing all risks & opportunity factors and adopting suitable strategy o Resolving site issues with client and other contractors o Ensuring that work is done as per contract and avoid scope deviation o Planning of resources and material (both, to be given by contractor and client) o To update clients representatives on site about ongoing activities in daily meeting



Intern for Research Area “Efficiency and productivity Enhancement Measures in the Manufacturing Sector: Learning from Chinese Experience” at NUST Global Think Tank Network (GTTN) in collaboration with Pakistani manufacturing industries from 9th July – 9th October, 2012, where I: o Did an extensive research on  Best engineering and manufacturing practices particularly for manufacturing industries of Pakistan  Common reasons of low efficiency of manufacturing industries of Pakistan o Benchmarked industries with best engineering and manufacturing practices o Identified manufacturing industries with low efficiency

Studied manufacturing processes of manufacturing industries with low and high efficiencies Visited more than 35 industries from all over Pakistan and from multiple sectors of manufacturing industry Identified internal problems faced by those particular industries Got a detailed questionnaire filled by each industry Suggested feasible solution for each industry in my final report Maintained all the record of these visits

Intern Engineer at Trojans Pakistan, Islamabad from June 20 to July 20, 2011 where I worked in three different departments: CAD Department: o Modeled three different training parts for an upcoming training Reverse Engineering Department: o Reversed four parts of a clamp and stand assembly manually and modeled them on Pro-Engineer o Prepared a comprehensive introductory manual of Reverse Engineering software i.e. Geomagic and Cam2Measure Production Department: o Assisted production engineer to machine one of the part modeled by me while working at CAD department on CNC

Projects:  Design and fabrication of an automated and interactive mannequin: o To automate a mannequin to enable a single mannequin to posture multiple poses o To make the mannequin more attractive o To make the mannequin interactive to improve its role in fashion and garments industry  Design and fabrication of an automated tea ingredient mixing machine for Lipton® Talent Hunt:

Automated the process of: o tea extraction from large bags o separation of tea and bags o mixing the tea Development of an autonomous robot using LEGO kit o Capable of line tracking o Capable of obstacle detection o Can pick up the obstacle and drop it on desired position Designing and modeling a pedestal fan using Pro-Engineer o Complete design including fan blades o Having mechanisms to rotate its fan blades as well as to oscillate about its center position. o Having adjustable height Modification of Bernoulli’s equation o Applied it on compressible fluids. 3-LED Battery monitoring device o Capable to monitor battery voltage o Provides signals to indicate voltage level

Achievements, Awards and Extra-Curricular Activities:   

Got 2 Promotions in a short period of just Won Gold medal in Intel science Olympiad (regional level) while presenting Variable Color Armature in year 2007. Represented Pakistan in Burc Science and Engineering Fair(BUSEF), DreamLine Int’l Design Olympiad and International Environmental Project Olympiad (INEPO) held in Turkey in year 2007 and won Bronze medal in each Olympiad  Won 1st position at Robo Challenge organized by NUST – School of Mechanical and Manufacturing Engineering Islamabad, Pakistan.
