Cooling Water System in Service

Check and record the level of Diesel Oil Tank.

Record diesel Oil flow totalizer.

Confirm the unloading oil piping inlet valves (J0EGA10AA001, J0EGA15AA001 and J0EGA20AA001) fully closed. Connect the unloading oil inlet piping with oil tank truck steady.



Open manual valves at the unloading oil piping to Oil Tank (J0EGA10AA004, J0EGA10AA005, J0EGA50AA001 and J0EGA50AA002). Open manual inlet valves of Oil Unloading Pump (J0EGA30AA002 or J0EGA40AA002). Oil

Unloading

Open manual inlet valves of Oil Filter (J0EGA30AA001 or J0EGA40AA001).



Crack open Oil Unloading Pump outlet manual valve (J0EGA30AA004 or J0EGA40AA004). 5

Open unloading oil piping inlet valve (J0EGA10AA001 or J0EGA15AA001 or J0EGA20AA001) on the piping connected with oil tank truck.

Open the vent valve of Oil Filter and close it when oil flowing out of the vent valve.

Start up Oil Unloading Pump (J0EGA30AP001 or J0EGA40AP001). Slowly open outlet manual valve (J0EGA30AA004 or J0EGA40AA004), Increase the pump outlet pressure (J0EGA30CP502 or J0EGA40CP502) to around 3 bar.

Monitor and record operating parameter as follows, motor and pump bearings temperature, bearings vibration, oil flow volume and oil pressure. Make sure there is no leakage in the system.



Make sure the level of Oil Tank is rising. When the pump outlet pressure (J0EGA30CP502 or J0EGA40CP502) drops this indicates that the oil tank truck is empty, stop the pump. 9

Close the outlet manual valve (J0EGA30AA004 or J0EGA40AA004)



Close unloading oil piping inlet valve (J0EGA10AA001 or J0EGA15AA001 or J0EGA20AA001). 10

Record diesel Oil flow totalizer.

To unload additional truck follow the above steps.



When all oil unloaded complete. Close the pump inlet manual valve (J0EGA30AA002 or J0EGA40AA002) and outlet manual valve (J0EGA30AA004 or J0EGA40AA004). 12

Close unloading oil pipe inlet valve (J0EGA10AA001 or J0EGA15AA001 or J0EGA20AA001).



Close manual valves at the unloading oil pipe to Oil Tank (J0EGA50AA004, J0EGA50AA005, J0EGA50AA001 and J0EGA50AA002).

Check and record the level of Oil Tank.

Oil supplying commissio ning

Open the manual valves (J0ERB10AA001, J0ERB10AA002) on supplying oil piping to supplying pump. Open the oil supply filter inlet manual valve (J0ERB20AA001 or J0ERB30AA001) and outlet manual valve (J0ERB20AA002 or J0ERB30AA002). Crack Open the pump return oil piping MOV (J0ERB50AA101) and fully open the manual valves (J0ERB50AA001, J0ERB50AA002, J0ERB50AA004 and J0ERB50AA005). 2

Open the valves (J0ERB40AA001 and J0ERB40AA002) on supplying oil piping to boiler.



Open the manual valves (J0ERB50AA004 and J0ERB50AA005) on pump return oil to Oil Tank. Open the interconnection piping valve (10HJF70AA001) of Boiler ignition and combustion-supporting oil system. Open the manual valves (J0ERB60AA001, J0ERB60AA002, J0ERB60AA004 and J0ERB60AA005) on return oil piping from boiler. 3

Crack Open Oil Supplying Pump outlet manual valve (J0ERB20AA004 or J0ERB30AA004).

Open the vent valve of Oil Filter and close it when oil flowing out of the vent valve.



Start up Oil Supplying Pump (J0ERB20AP001 or J0ERB30AP001). Slowly open outlet manual valve (J0ERB20AA004 or J0ERB30AA004),

Adjust the pump return oil piping MOV valve (J0ERB50AA101) to increase the pump outlet pressure (J0ERB40CP101) to about 3.3MPa.

Monitor and record operating parameters as follows, pump motor current, pump and motor bearings temperature, pump and motor bearings vibration, oil flow and oil pressure.

Make sure there is no leakage in the system.

Stopping Oil Supplying 1

Stop the Oil Supplying Pump.

Close Oil Supplying Pump outlet manual valve (J0ERB20AA004 or J0ERB30AA004)

Close the manual valves (J0ERB10AA001, J0ERB10AA002) on supplying oil pipe to supplying pump.

Precaution

Close the oil supply filter inlet manual valve (J0ERB20AA001 or J0ERB30AA001) and outlet manual valve (J0ERB20AA002 or J0ERB30AA002).

Close the pump return oil piping MOV (J0ERB50AA101) and the manual valves (J0ERB50AA001, J0ERB50AA002, J0ERB50AA004 and J0ERB50AA005).

Close the valves (J0ERB40AA001 and J0ERB40AA002) on supplying oil piping to boiler.

Close the manual valves (J0ERB50AA004 and J0ERB50AA005) on pump return oil to Oil Tank.

Close the manual valves (J0ERB60AA001, J0ERB60AA002, J0ERB60AA004 and J0ERB60AA005) on return oil pipe from boiler.

All operators should abide by safety related regulations.

If there are people and equipment dangers in trial operation, trial operation should be stopped immediately.

If there are abnormalities during trial operation, immediate adjustment and report to commanders are needed.

Test Acceptance criteria

System works according the foreseen function.



Conclusion

This system hot commissioning has finished, results are qualified.
