It includes training on the preparation and drating o complaints, petitions, answers and other pleadings, motions, bries and other legal papers which are submitted to the court and quasi-judicial tribunals. It also deals with the art o efective oral advocacy advocac y. It covers practical instruction in the preparation o cases and trial bries beore actual trial o cases. It includes practical suggestions on efective methods o !" gathering the acts o cases, #" the ormulation o the theor theory y o the case, case, $" $" searc search h or legal legal author authoriti ities, es, %"con %"constr struct uction ion o  pleadings, and %" interview and examination o witnesses.  The course will also include discussion on presentation presentation o evidence in court covered by &ule !$# o the &ules &ules o 'ourt in preparation or (ractice 'ourt II or the conduct o moc) trials.
