At that time, largest project undertaken by NetApp consuming resources from over 6 time zones and multiple countries that lasted approximately 14 months. Managed and mentored project managers and program tower leads (each functional area in the workflow program) oversaw identifying issues, facilitating technical and process solutions and status summary communication between vendor and client management. Thomson Reuters (2000 hours and $77K effort) - Managed and led migration planning and implementation of storage migrations across 3 data centers (5 Petabytes of data) with over 30 business groups. Directed infrastructure teams to identify requirements and gaps to create migration schedule.
