KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS This CONDITIONAL DEED OF SALE OF REGISTERED PARCELS LAND WITH IMPROVEMENTS  made and executed by and between: Sps. That the VENDORS declare the parcels of registered land describe above are free from all liens and encumbrances.

The Vendees shall advance One Million Pesos (Php 1,000,000 1,000,000.00) .00) as Partial payment of the total amount of consideration;

b.

The a Deed of Absolute will be executed for the Vendees to use as collateral for loan purposes in order to pay the balance of Sixteen Million Pesos (Php. 16,000,000.00) upon the release thereof;

c.
