Aggregate Inline Bunkers of concrete batching plants have up to 6 bins depending on the capacity of the plant. Aggregate Inline bunker is designed and manufactured as per related DIN norms to operate under heavy working conditions for long time. There exist 4 electro-pneumatically controlled discharge gates, which provide easiness and choice in the discharge together with s uitable elevation. Aggregate weighing belt conveyor of the aggregate bunker, which has ±5 kg sensitivity, manufactured to operate without any problem under heavy working conditions with mechanical separator, every kind of safety precautions, air pressure measuring device and etc. as per world conditions. Aggregate is weighed by 4 units of load cells and weighing belt conveyor has all safety switches like; sensor for break off of belt, rope controlled safety switch, emergency stop button and switch that prevents belt slides.

AGGREGATE FEEDING BELT CONVEYOR Belt Conveyors, used for feeding aggregate from aggregate bunker to mixer, has a width of 800, 1000 and 1200 mm depending on the capacity of batching plant, up to 200 inclination standard smooth surface belts are used, if the inclination is bigger than 20 0 then chevron type belts are adapted. • To be covered with galvanized plates • One side having traveling platform from ground • All belt conveyor are covered by galvanized metal sheet • Once the belt conveyor is stopped, the lock that prevents to returning is always present

SKIP HOIST AND BUCKET FEEDING Skip hoist and bucket system is used for the aggregate feeding to the mixer. This system is preferred mostly when there is not enough space at the site for the concrete batching plant.

MIXERS MEKA started the production of construction machines in 1987 and has focused on concrete batching plants production for 15 years and became expert in this subject. By the support of its research and development department, it does not only produce new models but also renews and modernizes the design of current plants according to technology and customers requests. The facts that the products of MEKA are in very good quality, MEKA adapts the high technology to the plants and institutional trustworthiness of MEKA made MEKA equivalent with the European producers. The MEKA mixers which are produced with high quality have already carried MEKA to the top of the companies which are batching plant manufacturers. Since mixer is the most important part of a concrete batching plant and the quality and strength of producing concrete directly depends on the quality of the mixer, MEKA mixers have been used for long time by more than 150 clients and have already proven itself in ready mix and block making operations with deepest experience of MEKA. Today, 0.5, 1 and 2 m3 single shaft MEKA mixers are used properly not only in MEKA plants but also in plenty of different plants in Turkey and other countries. MEKA produces 30-36 concrete batching plants in a year (which means average 3 in a month) and the factory works with full capacity. At the moment MEKA works on expanding the capacity of the factory. In so many plants of MEKA which are operated, MEKA mixers are used and up to 350.000 m3 concrete is produced in one year. Although the production of concrete has exceeded 400.000 m3 there has not any wearing out and corrosion inside of the mixer been existed so far and none of internal coatings and mixer paddies of the mixer have required to be changed. In addition to these, MEKA has succeeded to get CE certificate from TUV who examines all of the parts carefully (electromagnetic, low voltage, machine safety) before standing as surety. The most important parameter that enabled MEKA to get these certificates is that MEKA mixers are also examined very carefully and has proved that it s in very high quality and in European standards. Mixer is the most important part of the Concrete Batching Plants, which has an effect on the concrete mixing quality and time. Mixers used in the Concrete Batching Plants are made by MEKA with linings made from cast Ni - Hard and/or Hardox 400/500 plates.

Single Shaft Axial Mixer Singe shaft mixers are easy to operate and long life mixers with very strong spiral shaped mixing arms and pneumatic discharge gate, compact structure and provide fast mixing, practical loading. Linings of mixing arms and easily changeable inner wearing plates are made from Ni Hard cast which is very resistant material against wearing.

Twin Shaft Mixer Mixer has synchronously operating two horizontal shafts and inner part of the mixer is covered with easily changeable wearing plates and mixing paddles are covered with cast plates that are very resistant against wearing. Automatic lubrication system of the mixer provides required pressure of oil at the bearings. Cover of the discharge gate of the mixer operates hydraulically and has a pump to manually open the gate in case of power failure. G
