ABSTRACT The Online Enrolment System was proposed in replacement of the Manual Enrolment System of the institution for it to have an organized flow of transaction and an ease of work especially to the administrators of
Electron College of Technical Education.
These study is
concerned on how the manual enrolment performs throughout the company’s transaction. The numerous transactions that the manual system covers, such as updating and adding
student
records,
generating the advising and assessment slips, and the like are commending the manual enrolment system to be inefficient for the needs of their institution. Since the study involves proper records handling, tracing the constraints and evaluation of the manual system is essential. Thus, the proponents gathered necessary data that will help in the progress of enhancing the existing system of CMI.

Note: Technical terms like acronyms and computer terms must be defined as they are express in the part of the study. Chapter II METHODS OF RESEARCH AND PROCEDURES This chapter presents the research design method used in the study, the data gathering procedures, the instruments for gathering data, and the statistical tools and treatment of data. Research Design The method of research used by the researcher in the study is the descriptive method of research, because this kind of research describes the present system based on the impressions of the respondents. Using the descriptive survey as a type of descriptive research because it is appropriate in knowing the extent to which the different conditions of the present setup of the study. Methods of Research The descriptive survey method was used to achieve the purpose of the study. The descriptive method is concerned with condition that exists, practices that prevail, belief and point of view or attitudes that are held and process that are going on. This was deemed appropriate because the study sought to identify all things happen at the present flow of . Respondents of the Study The respondents of the study will consist of a) Isabela State University – Cauayan Campus students (370) , b) Isabela State University – Cauayan Campus faculty and staff (50), c) Enrolment personnel (7). Sample and Sampling Procedure Sloven’s Formula –( include this if you used this in your study) Stratified Sampling –( include this if you used this in your study) Data Gathering Procedures First, the researcher will prepare a letter seeking for the approval from the concerned authority. 2-Years Diploma Courses

After seeking approval, the researcher will prepare the questionnaires, have them checked and approved by the research adviser and then administer the questionnaires to the respondents. The researcher will tally the responses according to the questions in the statement of the problem. Then, the responses are put into tables and graphs, and interpret and analyze them. Data Gathering Instruments This study will make use of the Questionnaire as its main instrument in gathering data. It will also make use of interview to support the data and information gathered from the questionnaires. This will also be supplemented by observations and documentary analysis. Questionnaire.
