ANNUAL MAINTAINANCE CONTRACT

The agreement is entered into between G-INFOTECH and Customer who name an Address is affixed above. The contract is for a minimum period of one (1) year and can be terminated by giving three (3) months notice on either side. 1. G-INFOTECH shall provide services for a period of one year from the date of
Commencement. 2. G-INFOTECH shall provide in call service from Monday to Saturday excluding public
holidays from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM from equipment listed Annexure – “A” to the Agreement. 3. Request for services can be made with our call dispatch services at the above mentioned address. 4. The response time to a request for service will normally be within 3 hours but will not exceed 24 hours of working day. 5. Monthly Maintenance 12 visits per Annum. 6. G-INFOTECH shall provide all tools and equipment needed for the maintenance of the
system. 7. If the equipment has to be transported to G-INFOTECH premises for repair then the cost
of transportation will be borne by G-INFOTECH.
8. If persons other than G-INFOTECH representatives shall perform Maintenance or Repairs
on the equipment and as result further repairs by G-INFOTECH is required to restore the Machine in good working and operating condition. Such repair will be made at standard time and material rates in force at that time. 9. In case the location of the equipment is changed the Computer Care will have the option to
increase the maintenance charges to cover any additional expenses. Re-installation of the equipment at the new site will be billable to standard Computer Care Labor Charges. 10. Anti-Virus shall be loaded on all systems to avoid any attacks (Software to be provided by
the party). 11. MAINTENANCE: The maintenance service does not include a) Up gradation of the Machine b) Attachment of Any additional equipment or accessories which is not covered in AMC
c) Repairs arising out of accidents, Transportation failure due to non standard electrical power, dust, humidity, damage caused by insects, rats, Etc.., d) Replacement of defective parts will be charged extra. The Defective parts replaced at our cost will become the property of Computer Care e) Data loss due to virus infection is not responsibility of Computer Care. Computer Care
will try its best to recover the data. But not guaranteed frequent virus infection. f) Computer Care will not responsible for any data loss in any case may be due to
hardware failure or virus infection or during cleaning virus infection or operator error. Customers are requested to keep regular backup to avoid such circumstances. g) Operating system crash or any software corruption due to power failure does not come under this contract. Operating system like Windows NT, Windows 95/98, Novel Net Ware and Unix. If not shut down before power off or failure are bound to crash. For such systems we recommend the use of UPS.
12. EXEMPTIONS: a) Computer Care shall not be responsible for failure to render service due to causes
beyond its control (Fire, Accidents, and Natural Calamities etc) & RATS. b) The above mentioned annual maintenance charges does not include any software support and hardware training. Training in Hardware as well as Software will be undertaken at additional cost. c) Customer has to abide by the policy to bring the equipment to Computer Care for any
major repaired as certified by Computer Care. Computer Care will be responsible for safe keeping of the equipment at their site.
